I'm quite fond of this image they have tucked away in the article:

They're animated in 2.35:1 but broadcast in 16:9. The blu-ray, DVD and Netflix/other streaming services all get the full 2.35:1 later.
Wow.
They just released a second teaser.
It's....wow.
Blurry no but they are supposed to look pixelated. What with being pixel games and all...
But to each their own. I'm a purist at heart so I find smoothers like that less than agreeable. Though SuperSAI is far from the worst offender.

SuperSAI2x for super nintendo games makes them look fantastic, *almost* like they are a modern game that was drawn to look retro.
I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

In his 1977 story conferences with Leigh Brackett, GL said something about wanting to create a fantasy film where all the knights rode around on giant lizards.
Then he made Willow and completely failed to pick up on that idea.
Nah, he got it out of his system in 1985 for Ewoks: The Battle For Endor

That's awesome!
You've piqued my interest. I'm about to watch it now.
I hope you enjoyed it! It takes a certain kind of person to appreciate that kind of film. Don't forget to post a review!
There was talk in other parts of the forum about one of my favorite movies from childhood, Planet of Dinosaurs. Subsequently, it has now become a personal goal in my life to own a poster from that film.
Whilst looking around for an original print of the poster online, I stumbled upon the Lebanese version:
I like.
All There Is To Know About The Daredevil Series

But I mean where did you hear about his workload being reduced?
I was referencing the SE version of the shot where it appears to be completely absent.
I was fascinated with this shot in the SE because of the sudden new detail. The story always was that they had smeared vaseline on the lens while shooting to help hide the mirror covering the tires.
But it's looking like the blur was only added in post.
It's also fascinating to see so clearly the delineation between that one guy's legs and the rotoscope work under the speeder.

Black hat villains with red lightsabers, that's just Star Wars, man.
Not in my universe, it ain't.
Hear, hear!
Where did you hear this?
I'm still not entirely convinced they completely abandoned George's outline. Modified sure but the fact that the name Kylo Ren is a George name is evidence that they've at least kept parts of it.
Also, I'm glad that the ideas for the ST aren't coming directly from the filmmakers. Especially Abrams. He's never cared for story as evidenced by the writer friends he's employed and helped break into the industry.
I have a lot more faith in the Story Group which is made up of people who have been deeply involved with Star Wars for years than I do random outsiders.
As for Hart, she sounds like the go-between for the Story Group and Kennedy and everyone else.
The X-Men #1

Great start to the series. I hope that if Marvel ever gets the rights back they'll start with this original line up for an MCU reboot.
Nope! I was going through TOS a while back and was delighted when I came across the untouched. Can't recall any specifics now.
Basically they got a case of the Lucas and decided they could do better. The majority of the episodes on Netflix are the remastered versions but for some reason there are a couple of the unremastered versions thrown in the mix as well and they look awesome.
There are any number of explanations for why Vader could have known Huttese before the prequels existed.

Teases at the prequels with the scene where he remembers his lightsaber (also in star wars #2) and also makes you remember that little Annie can speak huttese
And the second-to-last chance this series had of convincing me to end my boycott of Marvel has gone out the window.
There are no real references to the prequels other than the design of the Emperor's office on Coruscant. Smithers just likes that Vader knows Huttese.
I hope all's well with the project!
I never doubted they would be. They got George to attend in the past and Kathleen was there at the last one. Lucasfilm always pulls out all the stops for these. I've long suspected that we'd see the first full trailer there. At the very least a clip or two.
