The only thing I’m doing is to remove Finn’s line about R2 backing up his memory, so that it isn’t completely undermined before it even happens.
I like the idea from DOTF for R2 to tell 3PO about everything he had forgotten, though. But we don’t have the resources to cobble anything satisfactory to imitate it.
I like the idea that Luke’s X-Wing helmet has a Star Wars logo sticker.

Ooh, that sounds pretty good to me! Like a good line reading even.
I don’t feel the need to add a sound effect for its own sake, so the benefit of doing so is to have it eclipse the seam of the change in dialogue. It can be more subtle of a sound even, to my mind. Hopefully when its all done the sound effect can be sent to me separately from the rest of the mix.
A fresh iteration of Jedi Rocks begins, and plays to completion, every time a saber is ignited. They very often overlap.

Makes me wonder where Jedi Rocks could be edited into each of the movies, as an audio-only alteration.

I wouldn’t say it’s perfect but it’s very good. I’m happy to include it once both you and sherlock are happy with it. It’s really a nice change, tying into Rey’s journey through the trilogy. I wonder if they gave her the original line in order to make it at least a little bit different from Luke’s confrontation with the Emperor in ROTJ. At this point in the trilogy, though, I’ll take a retread versus making that film feel anemic in retrospect because it didn’t get into apparently larger issues of ALL the Jedi and Sith needing to spiritually battle it out.
