Still waiting to see if this 2020 story turns out to mirror the ending of Star Wars Episode 9 or 3.

Poorly.
Adding menus would be a fairly elaborate process, and youâd need software geared toward it. Youâd have to rip the video, audio, and subtitle streams and recreate the DVD from those.
Personally, I never bothered with DVD menus; just start the damn movie. And I know what audio and subtitle options there are going in.
It should be ready to go. I am pretty sure all youâd need to do is author the VIDEO_TS folder and any other computer-readable files you want to include on there. Iâd also include an empty AUDIO_TS folder just in case; some older DVD players get confused if thatâs missing.
In looking over my ROTJ Custom SE which was sourced from the 19SE and Labyrinth of Evil which was sourced from the HDTV transfer, it does seem pretty consistently blue.
When I imagine the scene in ROTJ, it does seem purplish, so perhaps that was indeed a 1997/2004 peculiarity. As things stand, though, it really doesnât seem merited to change the color even if I did feel like being a stickler for it.
I wonder how fast Cobb Vanthâs bike is.
616 mph
What about DominicCobb?
Yes, absolutely.
Also, on the eve of an important day, let me sign off withâŚ
âThere are more of us.â
Itâs not me that you need to trust in for the Rey Nobody version.
RogueLeader seems to be the pioneer. Iâll just implement it when itâs ready.
You wanna do it? I wouldnât be opposed to it at all, and would include it if it were done. That being said, it doesnât seem super important.
R2 totally explodes when shot by Vader over the Death Star.
When they land, a tech says, âYou want a new one?â Luke says, âYeah.â
Recolor R2 red and yellow for remainder of the saga.
My condolences as well. Best to you.
Well, turns out not tonight.
Tonight I plan to give this edit itâs true test: watching it with the proverbial âsomeoneâs mom.â It forces me to see it through virgin eyes. Now that there are subtitles we can.
I gotta imagine any system this thing would ever play on would not make any appreciable difference between the two.
Or perhaps dub only dialogue that comes through Fettâs helmet, regardless of whose.
Sorry to hear that. Hoping youâre able to be with your family.
Also, thought this was funny. Inevitable, but funny.
They forgot to dub all stormtroopers with Temuera Morrison.
That was a thoroughly enjoyable hour of television. Itâs so cool to see this old stuff from a mid-budget mid-70âs sci-fi movie explored and expanded.
I think it walked the tightrope of tying into the familiar without it feeling arbitrary and overly coincidental.
That sound design for the dragon was impressive, expanding on what we got in the original and â97SE mixes. Didnât sound identical to a dewback but kept the core. (I went with the â04 DVD version of Kenobiâs kyrat call due to the sound effect implying itâs just a dewback and the â11 BR version being about the worst sound effect Iâve ever heard for anything.)
I apologize if Iâve already asked, but would anyone be able to provide me with Adywanâs color corrected version of the 2011 ANH Blu-Ray?
It might not be much help, but itâs available on myspleen. Not currently giving out invites. đ
By all means, go for it!

Who was it that made an alternate opening shot for The Force Awakens where the âstarsâ turn out to be dust from Rey scavenging on the Star Destroyer? I have an edit idea that could really benefit from it, but I canât find it anywhere.
I seem to remember it being on vimeo and having a really vague title like âfakeoutâ that made it hard to find by searching.
It happens so fast that I bet you could just cut from the opening crawl to the first motion frame of Rey pulling the thing away.
Dunno if he was the first, but I recall NeverArGreat doing that idea.
Just think of people seeing it opening night in IMAX 3D. Give people heart attacks, it would.
Sometimes I come into this thread without something already in mind, and force myself to come up with something.
Flip the entire Ach-To sequence in TROS to a mirror image, add a glove to Lukeâs hand and add mechanical sound effects when its used.
