Oh, boy, what an idea. lol, this is the level we have reached circling this movie over and over.
Makes perfect sense to say, “Prepare my ship.” Kylo does this in TLJ as well, and perhaps more times that I can’t recall. It’d probably be doable to change the line to “prepare a ship,” but it might sound too weird to be worth it.
“Prepare one of my many ships!”
I do wonder what the thought process was, or if the TIE originally wasn’t meant to be destroyed or pop up throughout the rest of the movie. It’s not impossible for him to just have multiple ships or whatever, but it is weird for the movie to present what could be read as a plot hole like that. Just kind of weird.
Did he have any more reason to take the Wayfinder to the DSII, though?
EDIT: You’re right, it’s not a big deal and certainly not relevant to Ascendant so let’s avoid cluttering this thread further.
Eh, he’s got extras. Probably a whole hangar full of 'em.
But it is weird that the Wayfinder would be on a second resort one rather than the first one. Unless he just retrieved it from the smashed first one. Did it go through two fiery destructions of TIEs? Sith engineering is robust.
Add the remains of Rey’s parents to Ochi’s ship as it is boarded by the heroes on Pasaana.
No, she isn’t yet aware of his redemption.
Or just add the offscreen sound of an old woman laughing.
Yes.

It still sounds like she was mid-sentence, and got cut off. It’s not a wonderful line but it serves a purpose to set up the X-Wing. With what we have to work with I think it’s better to leave it, even if it could’ve been handled better by the filmmakers.
We’re really solving the problems of the world over here. Eternity in a grain on sand.
All this talk about colours I can’t see. 😔
Part of me envies you, specifically and only when it comes to Star Wars being discussed on this site. I swear, it’s been 17 years of the most extreme minutia. Even while I appreciate the lengths some people have gone to, most of it either goes over my head or prevents projects from getting completed.
A floating camera droid flies around capturing the Crait duel.
The effect is applied as she grabs the Wayfinder but it’s a different location anyway.
I could dial the pink back since it’s barely purple anyway. Feels very Easter.
I’ll make sure of those two things, thanks!
EDIT: redacted
Too bad, the GOUT standard was so nice to have for so long. Personally I’d rather omit less than 5 frames across a movie in order to retain it, but I get it.
I put out two versions of my ESB and ROTJ audio projects for both GOUT and theatrical. For ANH I found it so inconsequential, being a frame or less toward the end of the film.
Hmm. Neither of those were due to any of our fan intervention. Must be like “Tell Uncle if he gets a translator be sure it speaks Bocce” or “I wonder if me means old Ben Kenobi”.
Well, it’s important that the whispers come from the dagger, different whispers, to justify its importance apart from the compass.
Here’s what I intend as the final look and ordering of the Ach-To sequence. I tried to add a very subtle purple to the sunrise. (Any footage before or after the sequence is not color corrected in this clip, nor is the saber flashback.)

Nah, I don’t think adding more overt whispers adds to the moment, nor the super short extra shot.
And I don’t see a good reason to open up a can of worms by destroying the Taintive.
I’m Kirk! I don’t have a pool but my neighbor has a pool table.
