This hasn’t been released yet. And I am far from ‘wanting’ to use it at this point. I’m not that desperate yet! 😉
You guys have to trust me when I say that this shot is the ONLY shot that even remotely looks any good when used in the film. And it’s still not that great anyway.
(I am however strongly opposed to the idea of using video game footage)

Just realised that Boba Fett is the only character in ESB who wins.
No one hates the mini Death Star guns mounted on millions of Star Destroyers more than me, so clearly I am in favour of a complete deletion of that sub-plot.
The only issue with removing every mention of them is the fact that you no longer will have the beautiful transition from the line “Leia made you acting general, what now?” to Poe by Leia’s side.

So I was revisiting Anakin Starkiller’s EbSynth test of the abominable prequel Yoda significantly improved with puppet Yoda’s face and I came to appreciate even more just how good it was. I really want to collaborate with him and pursue this idea further! 😃
However, the ESB puppet has atticulation in its eyes that allows it to look in different directions and it seems like that would be difficult to recreate in a deepfake.
I had the idea to mask out the puppet eyes and use the CGI eyes, but it doesn’t look like the puppet anymore… 😕
Anakin Starkiller, can you post some more test clips of the puppet deepfake? I would love to see how it looks in other scenes!
I’m curious about upgrading the Hayden ghost to not be a head swap/convey the same warmth and pride as Shaw.
With NFBisms’ Hayden knowledge and Jonh’s VFX editing skills, I think it would be possible. It’d be a nice alternative to just bringing back Shaw.
Don’t forget sade1212’s Hayden ageing to make him in his late 40s instead of early 20s.

I’ve posted two versions of the Mustafar tie flyover to the Master Clips folder on my drive, one that’s 5 seconds (same timing as original) and one that’s 6 seconds with about 2 seconds before the ties enter the frame. Each has a version with and without color correction so Kewlfish or whoever wants can add their own!

That was debunked long ago. Scenes of people collapsing like that are often filmed backwards to prevent the actor being injured. The whole “Ben lives in an alternate ending” conspiracy theory was just made up by desperate Reylos after the movie’s release.
