Yeah, it was just the BTTF quote. Glad you caught it- elsewise you might have thought I was calling you 'honey.'

Had the prequels been any good, I would have really liked to have seen Mark Hamill get to play an older wiser Jedi, even if it couldn't have been Luke.
It's only $50 a year if you're a chump and you pay full price for things. ;)
Did you catch my movie quote? I know you've been off for the past week...
How to doublepost:
Actually, I'm not sure how I did it.
One of the primary reasons I left PC gaming behind in favour of Console gaming was "multiplay from the same couch". I've been very disappointed in the turn I mentioned above wherein developers are leaving split-screen co-op out in favour of multi-system co-op. I can ask my workmate, but I assume they use headsets to chat whilst they do play from separate rooms.
And two TVs, C3PX? Oh honey, he's teasing you. Nobody has two televisions.
I have a bud here at work that was very excited to buy a 2nd 360. His 12 year old son and he play a lot of split-screen co-op games... but this generation it seems that split-screen is being dumped in favour of online only multiplay. He bought the 2nd Xbox and a 2nd copy of some of their favourite games so they could play those together.
Today he came by to tell me that he sold it. I was baffled since he told me he was so happy with the purchase. Turned out he had bought a third one on a deal and had flipped that one, not his 2nd one.
I keep pinging him. He keeps telling me it was money well spent. My oldest is 6 years old and he's not quite into the same games I am yet. But maybe we'll do something similar next gen. The thing that really kills me is the 2nd copy of the game. If they would let me play both consoles on one copy of the game, I would probably have already picked up a 2nd unit just for people coming over and stuff like was said.
C3PX, I think we're moving in the direction where it will be more shocking and intimate to eat lunch together than it is to copulate. Perhaps hour-rates hotels will spring up in the nice part of town and located near offices, and restaurants where you can see other people eating (putting food in their oral orifices, mixing it with oral based lubricant and tenderizer, masticating, etc...) will be become hot and taboo. And socially unacceptable.
So... my AMC is showing Avatar in Real-D and IMAX 3D. From what you know, Chainsawash, are both of those in academy, or just the IMAX one?
On a nearly related note: A new Riddick movie may be finally underway:

Consumers for Christ?
I can see that... maybe I'll have to convince my wife to throw it on the ol' list!
How can I tell if I have DM or DM Revisited? I jumped to the scene of Luke and the treadwell... there is a little flash like animation before the footage begins... I take it I have Revisited?
What if you said the "i" non-word?
Silly Frink... there's no such thing as a "topic" per se... it just moves.
Seek help.
You didn't notice that he noticed? Intriguing...
I knew it!
I just got flashes of that family of cops on My Name is Earl.
They provide 2D showings for most-if-not-all. If you don't like it, don't take it away from those of us who enjoy it.
Yeah, I don't know. And honestly it's about gameplay over story for me. I thought the story was fun and fine, but it could have sucked as long as the gameplay was fun.
The trailer http://www.gametrailers.com/video/star-wars-spike-tv/59817 does show the same apprentice ("Starkiller") looking a little older and a little meaner, but no robo-appendages.
Maybe the Emperor Cloned him? (that's sort of a joke)
You know, Wii Mii's? Wii Avatars?
Though his might have been an xbox avatar... I think she had shoulders.
Yeah... Gremlins. Excellent. And I can't believe I forgot A Chistmas Story. We definitely catch that every year. And the animated Grinch.
And C3PX, Brazil? Don't get me wrong, it's one of my top 10 fave's, but what about it makes it a Christmas movie?
Erm... yes.
Okay, so we all did it for Halloween... what are your Christmas Movie traditions?
We always watch Rudolph and the Island of Misfit toys about 100 times (that's 3 times a day between Thanksgiving and Christmas) And to make matters worse, my kids have little animatronic dolls that repeat lines and songs from the movie.
Tim Allen's 3 Santa Clause movies.
My wife's favourite movie of all time: It's a Wonderful Life
Mickey's Christmas Carol
Muppett's Christmas Carol
Mr. Krueger's Christmas
They're almost all kids' or family movies. Maybe I should add Die Hard to the rotation. It's a Christmas movie, right?
I'm sure there are others that I'm forgetting.
I think I used the avatar of Luke that skyjedi is currently using.
Oh, and I bought tickets for the wife and me to see Avatar next Saturday. I'll be sure to let you all know how we liked it.
