Is anyone else here frozen with ridiculous anticipation for the Oculus Rift.  I didn't order one, but should be able to see one a week or so after they start shipping.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to order one then.

Which... brings me back to Bioshock.  If I already had a next gen console, it would be harder not to drop $60 on it.  But I don't, and I don't have a gaming PC that would do it justice.  But if

1. I get a Rfit

2. Inifinite supports Rift

3. I get a beefy PC to match my Rift...

Then I'll get Infinite for PC.  Splinter Cell 5 be darned.

As a cheap gamer and big Starcraft 1 fan, I wasn't thrilled with the distribution of Starcraft 2: WoL as 'a game that will always be full price'.  I eventually got it for $10-$15 about 6 months ago (2.5 years after release)and started playing it.  I'm almost done and have really enjoyed it... but it kind of sucks that it's mostly just Terrans.  I am looking forward to HotS, but I figure it might be when the Protoss expansion comes out that HotS will be inexspensive.

So no... I don't have it.  :(

Help: looking for... DTV: Golden Oldies (Disney Music Videos)
Time

fariasj,

How about now?  They do indeed require 7-zip or something like that to open.  You will need all of the files before you can open any of them because they will unzip into one DVD.  It's fairly common to do that instead of putting one 4GB zip file out into the wild.

I know someone else was able to download all the pieces and unpack them... so I hope you find the same success.

TPM gets thrown out like the baby in the bath water because of Jar Jar which is a fair enough reason but if you ignore his presence the movie is closer to good than any of the other PT movies.

I find Jake Lloyd to be twice as annoying as Jar Jar.  I can mentally fanedit Jar Jar from the movie as I watch it.  He's annoying fluff to be sure, but he's not the main event.

Hayden is terrible at his best, but I didn't find him as out of place as Jake Lloyd.

^Someone kept saying that it would work like that.  That you couldn't judge episodes I & II until you saw III and it was all in context, or something like that.

I don't even understand how that could work.

Forgive the comparison, but the Marvel comic miniseries Earth X and Universe X were like that for me.  Until the ending I thought they were nice compilations of various vignettes that were unrelated... in the last 10 pages they reveal the key to the whole story and you realize what you were reading was all leading up to this perfect moment... and it made the previous content not only all related, but worth twice its sum.
