I loved the hoverboard chase. I think the thing that kept it from being a re-hash of the skateboard chase (at least in my opinion) is that the movie was making fun of the fact that it was basically the same thing, with Biff watching and saying, "There's something very familiar about all this." The last two movies were all about how crazy you could take the premise of the trilogy and still keep it under control, and somehow it worked, unlike a lot of movies today. In my view, the whole trilogy is classic, even though I will admit that the first one is the best of the bunch, though I do have a soft spot for part two, so you're not the only one Ric.
Yeah, I know. We picked it up for my brother in law for his birthday, but it turns out a friend of his got it for him as well. We can't find the receipt so we may be stuck with it. And we only just realized it is the full screen version (only in tiny letters on a sticker on the front of the box; nowhere else on the set, even on the back specs sheet, does it tell the aspect ratio).

The DVD player should be no problem.
BTW, have you read the "Grail Quest" books?

My wife and I agree with you, Warbler. And that's the reason we haven't purchased the box set. We only want 1. Not that we hate 2 and 3. Actually, I thought 3 was okay. 2 I could do without. But the original is all you need.

But they have a hell of a deal on the Sharpe DVD collection, its 300 here in the states and even though you have to air-mail it here it only costs like 130 bucks.
