Will it be free?
More rumors regarding the teasers. According to some tweets, there are going to be three different versions of the teaser. One 60 second version is supposedly going to play tomorrow during the NFL game. And there are two different teasers that will play at theaters this weekend. I'm assuming they'll both be 88 seconds (is this a possible reference to IG-88?). Rumor also says some "pricey" news is going to drop later today. We'll see.

I think they were talking about the real leaked teaser, but this is an interesting watch as well. :-)

got it. Its still visible on youtube. Was it just taken down here?
Got what?
A roll from Rick. ;-)
They got me, too, Silverwook. ;-)
Wow, did it really leak already? To watch or not to watch... is the quality decent?
Edit: Oh... I'm a fool. ;-)

Looks like the teaser will be 88 seconds and may feature a tie fighter and an explosion? ;-)
I wonder if the teaser will be posted online as well... officially, I mean.
Nice to see it'll be in Houston. :-) I might have a to catch a movie this weekend. Just to be clear... Will it play starting Thanksgiving through Sunday?

Has anyone compared those laser blasts in that GIF to the Slave I's in AOTC where it's firing directly at the camera too? From memory, they both look the same, but are they?
I will be 'thankful' if the teaser will in fact be appearing as soon as next weekend, I can hardly wait now ;)
It reminded me more of this:

How can I tell it's CGI? It seems to be especially when the Falcon gets closer to the camera. And it has the appearance of a video game cut scene from the 00s. Has there been any hint of them using models for the space scenes?
I hope not because that isn't very good CGI. It could be fan made based on the one of the teaser descriptions of the Falcon flying into the camera.

Show the teaser at only 100 theaters that are currently unannounced? I'm not sure if I'm buying this rumor quite yet. Also, there's another discrepancy, a few rumors from supposed different sources prior said the teaser was a little over a minute. And now it's 90 seconds. I guess that's to be expected with rumors.
I think a little over a minute and a minute and a half are close enough, don't you? Maybe the extra few seconds is due to company logos and whatnot at the beginning.
That's true. The original rumor did say the rough cut of the teaser was about a minute and that probably didn't include the stuff at the beginning and end.
Supposed quote from TFA.

I'm not sure if the teaser's debut will be attached a TV show, either, such as Rebels. I wouldn't be surprised if it simply debuts at starwars.com.
The article talks about a big debut of the teaser with the likelihood of it also being attached to The Hobbit. Therefore, the debut would have to take place before The Hobbit. Again, it's all speculation even if the article says all this information came from a "creditable source."
According to this article, it won't debut with The Hobbit, but may be attached to the film. The "creditable source" says Disney has bigger plans for the teaser's debut.
How would multiple editions of the film not allow Marcia (and others who had a falling out with Lucas) to have her due share? Anyone know the legalities of that?
There's also this...

When Williams said he was going to start working on TFA, one of the producers at BSX Records reported that Williams was actually going to write music for the teaser (not the actual film) that is to be released with "Into the Woods." That is what he heard from people "in the know." However, it makes more sense to attach to the hobbit film. I believe companies are allowed to cross-promote a few times a year.
I really don't know about much the copyright part, but Marcia Lucas is still credited and her editing can still be seen in every version of the film. How would multiple editions of the film allow him to dodge loyalties? And what about the idea of the 97 SE additions being a "test" for the TPM? Is that still valid if this rumor is true?
Is this the first time it's been acknowledged like this?
You may be thinking of an outtake where Ben is cut in half and the top half floats for a few seconds before falling. I believe it can be seen on the Empire of Dreams documentary, but it may be elsewhere, too.
Another question is... will the Holiday Special see a Blu-ray release at some point? Would be another "For the first time ever!" for Disney.
