It's not difficult to understand why people believe Abrams is getting itchy feet. This is the guy who initially turned down the job, has refused to commit to the scheduled 2015 release, and has bitched about working in the UK (saying it was making him 'crazy').
These things don't exactly fill me full of confidence in him.
Could be a good thing. Lucas had nothing but trouble and discomfort while working on the original film and look how that turned out. He had no complaints on the set of the prequels and look how those turned out.
Yes, that is probably what made the original trilogy better than the prequels.

I was really just hoping for a partial list (not even pictures) of interiors that need recoloring to gray.
Oh, okay I see what you mean.
TPM- federation ship in TPM opening and battle.
- Coruscant senate
ATOC- Parts of coruscant city (bar interior, certain buildings, etc.)
- transport ship with Anakin and Padme (maybe)
ROTS- Rebublic and Seperatist ships are gray
- Grevious/Dooku ship interior
-insides of Republic starfighters
-tantive IV matched to ANH
I think that's most of everything.
Strictly speaking, the ship at the end of RotS is the Sundered Heart, because Leland Chee or whoever decided that poetic symatry should be dropped in favor of continuity. I suspect this matters little in terms of color timing though. Ain't that a bitch?
Uh...what? Citation? This is something no viewer of that film would ever guess.

We're in a new golden age of silly SW internet rumors. And rumors mean traffic on a website.
I can not deny that such ages are fun.
Oh I miss the Virtual Edition. And TFN's spy reports and photos.

Can I get some examples of what you mean by this? It's not like OT's interiors are all gray. See: Death Star Greenblue.
I should clarify, I mean interiors that appeared gray in the OT, their similar counterparts in the PT will be coloured gray. I know not all was gray.
Oh, okay. So, still, no examples?

I was thinking a lot about Bond today, specifically the timeline issue.
The answer is obvious: There is no real, strict continuity. References to previous films can be made whenever it's useful, but in general the filmmakers do not care. Anything beyond this is absurd retcon and against the spirit of the films.
Let's be clear: This was discussion between people in the industry, not actual Disney or LFL saying anything.

Every summer, the AFI Silver here in DC has a "Totally Awesome" 80's series. The other week, they showed a '97 SE print of ROTJ (they showed all three SE's back in '05 to coincide with ROTS being in theaters):
http://afi.com/silver/films/2013/p62/greatfilmsofthe80s.aspx#starw
They make no mention in the description of this being the 1997 version, with cgi that wasn't even possible back in '83. They do at least say 1983/1997 for the year, the correct 135-minute SE running time, and list McCallum as one of the producers alongside Kazanjian.
When asked on twitter which version, they did confirm that it was the Special Edition.
As much as it's a cool idea (and as much as Ady won't do it), the problem here is that it implies Yoda would use technology in training Luke. He doesn't even use the sabre for training except in cut scenes.

Call me crazy but I'd have one of those over an X-Wing anyday.
So, is it Crazy McAvoy or Ryan Crazy? ;)
I do love the Americana that was put into the Naboo fighters design though. It's something I overlook when listing what I like about the Prequels. So now there are two (of them) 1- the design of the Pod racers and 2- the design Naboo fighter.
I did not realize how cool the Naboo Fighter design was until I walked through the 1920s airplanes at the Air & Space Museum in Washington, DC.

I was very happy to hear that the next James Bond film will NOT be directed by "Skyfall" director Sam Mendes.
"Mendes had hinted that he would direct Bond 24, however in March 2013, he announced he would not direct the 24th Bond film in order to focus on stage work."

Why are you happy to hear this?

I fixed your punctuation.
I find your lack of sentence disturbing.
I fixed your Star Wars reference.
Thanks. Like Luke wearing his poncho at the chess table, but unlike my initial attitude in this thread, I care.

Yeah, but a speech is also really boring and violates the no-dialogue-ending-sequence rule.

Ooh unlike the other six okay
Now that they've got Zod out of the way, it would make sense for the sequel to feature Luthor, Darkseid for the JL film, and Doomsday for the post-JL film.

Has anyone else noticed that Adywan taking out the Darth Vader scenes in ROTS doesn't keep the "No, I am your father" reveal a secret until ESB? I've read on facebook that the last we see of Anakin in ROTS is when he's on that medical stretcher thing on Coruscant after he was beaten by Obi-Wan. We can obviously assume that he survived without being shown how he exactly got put into the suit. Plus, before Vader and Obi-Wan duel Vader says " I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now I am the master." Anyone with half a brain can come to the conclusion that Vader is Anakin. Also, when Aunt Beru says "He has too much of his father in him." and Uncle Owen responds "That's what I'm afraid of." you don't think anyone is going to come to the obvious conclusion that Vader is Luke's father after Obi-Wan and Vader's conversation if they are watching this in order?
So, a few things.
First, we don't know just what Ady's going to do. At some points, he's mentioned adding a second apprentice, but I'm not sure that will actually happen.
Second, cutting out the suit scene should also involve cutting out the stretcher. Obi-wan leaves Ani dying on the lava shores, and we never see him again. Ani turned evil (so Beru's lines are okay), Ben killed him, and then the audience thinks that Ben is lying to Luke in order to protect himself (afterall, he killed Luke's dad) and make Luke hate Vader (using him to help overthrow the Empire). Only later do we learn that Ben lied in a different way.
I would find this even less plausible than the instant riots.
Particularly the cardboard cutout
Had absolutely no trouble downloading the video using the Firefox Addon "DownloadHelper"
I could be wrong, but I think the 2006 GOUT DVD was the first official home release lacking that.
