Info: The Making of The Empire Strikes Back (Michel Parbot)

I disagree. I think he does care. He wants us to know about it, but he also wants to stay true to his word. He's in an awkward position. Now, sure, he's posted a few pics and one clip. Depending on his original conversation with the owner, that would say whether or not he's done something wrong. So it's impossible to say if he has or has not. Either way, he's stated he will not distribute the whole thing..so that leads me to believe that he believes that's what was agreed on. He obviously doesn't think it would be wrong to show snippits, otherwise he wouldn't be doing it.

I've been in a similar circumstance. I know how you guys are feeling, but look at it this way...had he not brought it up in the first place you'd never even have seen the clip he just posted.

Who's to say you won't see it? You just won't see it from him at least until he gets permission or he changes his mind.

Sorry but the whole "permission" thing is BS. Clearly he doesn't care about it or else he wouldn't be posting pictures, clips and creating a website about it.

This whole thing is created just to tease us.

Hopefully one day we'll get to see this thing. I was old enough to remember a BTS piece like this seeing how I'm 37 now, but I never saw that one. Anyhow, I appreciate his post to let us know about this doc.

Encountering errors trying to burn a DVD from a VIDEO_TS folder
Time
Well, I tried VobBlanker. No luck. I tried DVDShrink, but instead of wasting more time making a dual layer version in DVDShrink I opted for a single layer version. I figured with all the trouble I've had, I'd have better luck that way...and low and behold it worked.

Would it have worked as a dual layer in DVD Shrink? Maybe...I was just running out of patience trying to fix it. If I ever run across this problem again (I sure hope I dont) I'll try DVDShrink with the DL option and see what happens.

Thanks so much for your help guys. At least one suggestion worked so I'm very much appreciative of all your help. I learned a few things, granted I'm still a bit hazy on what it all means. That stuff is so complicated to try and just jump in to fix one small issue.

Encountering errors trying to burn a DVD from a VIDEO_TS folder

I can't get the layer break screen to come up. It keeps telling me:

"Can't find a suitable cell for the layer break!

Try to change the order of the titlesets with DVD -> Remap Titlesets, or remove some unnecessary material.

Note for expert users:
Given the minimal ISO file size (414938 sectors) and the capacity of your DL DVD+R, the LB must be between absolute sectors 2055040 and 2086912 in the ISO. The absolute starting sector of the VOB files of the Title domain of VTS 2 is 782090. The LB cell must begin between relative sectors 1272950 and 1304822 in that domain. Therefore, try to split cells 13 of VTST 2, 1 TTN 1 (1:29:01) Title 2."

Any ideas what's going on? I'm guessing this is the same reasont that I cant get RecordNow to burn the files to the DVD player without the error posted above in my initial post.
