STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

I do wish it was the lightsaber falling, even if it has been proven to just be part of the structure. Think of all that weapon has done: Fought Sith Lords and Jedi Masters alike, kill the leader of the Separatists, end the Clone Wars, pretty much decide the fate of the entire galaxy, and we lose it, never to be seen again, in two seconds, when its facing its dark replacement, nonetheless. More closure would've been nice for such an important piece of the saga's history.

I'm gonna receive a lot of anger at this suggestion, but I really, really think that Shaw should be at least redubbed in ROTJ. Anakin was supposed to be in his 40's, but he sounds and looks like the old man Shaw was, which is just realistically wrong, no matter how much nostalgia or respect for the dead one may have (which are both important, of course!).

I have a counter offer... Redub all of Hayden Christensians whiny-voiced dialog. =P

I know you're joking, but in all seriousness (and to the other poster who replied to me), Anakin doesn't sound like someone who is dying after vicious electrocution. He just sounds like an old man, which he shouldn't.

Just alter Obi-Wan's dialogue in ANH and any references to apprentice Vader. You could easily just have Vader and Palpatine regard Obi-Wan as a great Jedi who escaped the Purge without mentioning that Vader was his padawan. In fact, somehow, it could be mentioned how Obi-Wan lost "the great Skywalker", which is true, just not in how a clueless audience would interpret it.

Will the Falcon itself look more realistic in the finished version, Ady?

More realistic? I think it looks fine now

It still screams "CGI" to me, as I said on the previous page. I know it is CGI, but it just really, really looks animated. Not model-like. Compared to the rest of the film where the Falcon is the original model, it's going to stand out big time.

Wow, vaderios sure is in shill mode. ;)

Anyway, not sure what else could be done to the shot. I mean, it even has other ships flying around the city as they're approaching!

I know. But the Falcon still has a very big "I'm special effects" feel to me, personally (I don't know how far Ady's effects software can go, though).

I had a thought regarding being able to make these things as stills and not in motion. It would take ages, but for short clips, over time, would look great.

What if the artists who do the still shots got frame-by-frame stills of a sequence, edited each still, then strung them together again with the film's audio? It would work, it would just take ages, since it's 24 frames per SECOND.

Just a thought.

If Anakin is hearing voices perhaps in episode 2 when he is kneeling at his mother's grave he could hear her repeat.

"Son, my place is here, my future is here. It is time for you to let go..."

Almost like it's whispered on the wind.

It would add to the idea I suggested earlier that Anakin was driven insane by the death of his mother and that Vader is an alternate personality that grows in strength in the background of the later half of Episode 2 and the whole of Episode 3 and only begins to fade by the end of Episode 5.

I like the quote idea. But having Anakin and Vader be two personalities is not a concept I've personally liked.
