Video and Article: Rep Won't Let Customer Cancel AOL Account
Time
You know, I had so many problems with those attendants I just don't care anymore, first thing I tell them is to shut the f**k up and do as I say. years ago I tried to cancel my cell phone because I was moving to another operator, so I called them and they offered me a free cell phone if I kept with them. I said "okay", and went to the mall where they said I would be able to get it. There, they told me they never do this and they were not going to give me anything. I cancelled the cell phone there, screaming at them.

My biggest fight was with my phone company, which provides me the phone line and internet. I had so many problems with them to get it connected, and to fix it when the service was down for three weeks. They told me someone would be at home to make the repairs, and they clearly said I would have to be there, and those three times, NO ONE arrived, I had to leave the office at a rainy day and wait there for 30 minutes and no one was there. I had to speak with 5 phone attendants, all absolutely stupid, and yell at the top of my lungs every single cursing word I know in portuguese, and two in english, I had to wish them to DIE on the phone, I had to yell the F word out loud at the middle of my office. Only when I envolved the government agency dealing with communications business I had something done, only when I threatened to move into a legal action.

Oh, but I do get my revenge when they call me and offer me services! Like when they called me offering a call identifier, I pretended to be dumb and asked her to explain me what was it for, and how did it work, and three examples of a situation in which it would be used. Then, I politely asked what was her name and said her voice was pretty. Just as I was going to ask what she was wearing, she politely excused herself to hang up. I love when THEY call ME!

World Cup 2006
Time
Germany and Sweden will be the first difficult match of this World Cup, and a challegenge for Germany. As Germany is playing at home, I bet they'll win a close victory. Argentina and Mexico, that is going to give a victory for Argentina, I hardly belive Mexico will surprise us this time. England should be able to find its game and beat Ecuador easily. Portugal and Holland is really tricky to guess, mostly because of Scolari as Portugal's coach doing wonders with the team (he's the best coach in the world nowadays), but Holland should win this one.

Yeah I've heard it... Not good indeed...

The fact that I'll have to watch tomorrow's game with Japan alone, at home, while working, dosen't necessarily mean I should do it sobber, right? I'm allowed to drink a little bit, right? I mean, I might have a meeting call after the game, and I don't think they'll mind me crying and singing "Oh, Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling...", eh?

I want to see this so badly. Almost as much as I want to see Badi, the Turkish ET

I just died and went to hell....

Ah, Badi, the Turkish ET. Good stuff.

I actually own a copy of the turkish Exorcist, and I'm going to do a MST3K out of every turkish movie I can find (turkish exorcist, turkish star wars, turkish ET, turkish superman, turkish wizard of oz) to the website a friend and I have. Gonna post the links here when I do.

That's what I love the most about japanese television... Insanity, violent comedy, unnecessary suffering, pointless game shows, lots of kanji around the screen... If you guys want an example of the BEST of Japanese TV, watch this special japanese TV collage called Japanarama (volume 1). Warning: rated R.

I remember that the owner of that gas station was interviwed and he claimed to have footage of it, but it was never shown - I asumed back then it was too disturbing or gory to be shown or something like that.

This is really not new, I've seen claims of how that damage could not have been caused by an boeing airplane way back in 2001. I also would like to point out that the footage released by the Pentagon has missing frames before the explosion, a fact that this video didn't mention.

Did the americans cause the 9/11? No. It was done exactly as it was reported, by those people. Who were brainwashed by Al-Qaida leaders. Who profit from the war and oil industry boosted by the war. It was an arrengement by both sides. "We provide the reason for a war, you provide the war itself".

Say the SE release in theaters bombed in 1997?
Time
A question. Let's say I have a movie theater and I want to show Star Wars on it. So I get in touch with my local 20th century fox distributor and request a copy. What will they give me? 1997 or 2004?

Also: I am not sure if some of you remember, but there was this movie festival somewhere in the US and they were showing one film for each decade, and the 70s were to be represented by Star Wars, and they HAD an O-OT film to show, but Lucasfilm denied permission to show anything else bu the 1997 version (this was before 2004). So if the O-OT is out there in celluloid, it can be transfered properly into DVD.
