What is the latest reasoning on why they haven’t been released already? Waiting on the purchase of Fox to be finalized? Waiting until after IX?
My feeling is after IX - a future ‘Complete Saga’ box set release will likely sell quite well to the masses - sometime after they’ve cashed in on the regular blu ray / dvd / digital releases for IX, of course 😉
(Especially in 4K - or offering something different as a selling point than that of previous box set releases)

My thoughts are that Holdo was more than competent in the theatrical version of TLJ.
Though a nice try on a technical level from the editor there with inserting Ackbar back into their version. Decent voice work as well (and at the very end too) 😃

IIRC the default setting on Handbrake does result in a fair bit of loss to the quality (it’s been a while since I’ve used it, and there’s likely been a few changes).
This article explains how to change the video quality so you won’t lose much - or any - quality in the video settings:-

(there may also be some decent youtube videos out there which may have more helpful info too)
I think I used to use a video setting on the RF scale of 12-14, though would have a play around with them to find the which setting gave the best / most acceptable results.

Handbrake is a decent, free and easy-to-use piece of software that can convert many differing file formats pretty well.
There’s likely far better software out there - though it does the job 👍
