In one of the Japanese variations, Greedo is dubbed. Odd processing on the voice. Haven't heard of this happening in any other language. Maybe this is one of the reasons why there was a new dub created for the SEs. Here's the voice actor:

There's no similar preservation effort for the dubs, yet. drive.google.com seems like a viable option if you want a file host. As several dubs have been lost when the releases went digital, there's a good case for a more open discussion. The threads for specific languages (Latin American, French, German), the versions of GOUT and International Audio threads are beginning to piece together the history of these things. I've been pleasantly surprised by the versions found in online video hosters, although not complete (typically one or two parts have been C&D), at least it's some concrete evidence. (who knew they made the Read Along Storybook in Finnish.)
Catbus, on the Hindi, i've found evidence (not sure if it's official) of the prequels, but were the first three dubbed? It's odd tracking these mixes and finding when new ones were created and others abandoned. Catalan didn't get a DVD version, the original SW and ESB in Japanese were redone for the SEs, the blu-rays have Cantonese and Thai, the TPM 3D was the first Swedish dub. One country may have gotten the dubs for the prequels but not the others. We're going to need more local experts.
'Thanks Ben' international audio variation : Death Star's just blown up and there's a shot of Luke moving his lips while Ben says "The Force will be with you... always".
In Catalan, Czech, & Russian dubs Luke says 'Thanks Ben' before TFWBWYA line.
Luke doesn't say anything in English, 80s Spanish, Japanese, Hungarian, Ukraine, 80s Braz/Port, German and French so far.
^ The Teal shift seems like it is fairly constant throughout, shifting to the other end of the color wheel, should undo, but there are variations of midtones, etc. so finding those levels will require some time/effort. Interested in what values you come up with.

That scene shift and the 'chase thru the power couplings' are strict reordering so the music cues didn't need to be changed. But in other locations of the PT films, audio changes were identified. TPM's 'Vote Now' comes to mind.
Don't believe any projects following your criteria have taken place in OT.com. A fan edit of AotC may have done a color correction, asking around at fanedit.org would be a place to start.

One scene in AotC not 'Teal' adjusted (but shifted elsewhere) was when Anakin confides to Padme about the killing of the Tusken Raiders. So that's the pay off of the color adjustment.

In the Hungarian Star Wars dubs (of which there were many), 1st The Empire Strikes Back dub Emperor is Tarkin in all three A New Hope dubs, also prequel trilogy Yoda. 1st Return of the Jedi dub Emperor is 3rd ROTJ dub Ackbar, and prequel Palpatine. Meanwhile, 1st ROTJ dub Ackbar is The Phantom Menace Darth Sidius (yeah, they thought Sidius and Palpatine were two guys at first, hence the two different actors)!

How close of an alignment between the two are you getting with this? Are you trying to do the whole movie or just pieces? Asking as a DIF comparison is on my to do list, but haven't organized enough to find two versions which align in a semi-meaningful way to return an understandable result.

Sounds like Star Wars was to air on the Ostankino channel but was removed 3 hours before broadcast. I guess they got a copy and were going to air it but hadn't gotten 20th Century Fox's permission and the government stepped in as then that broadcast would be further pirated. Little weird in the translation not sure if it was a film festival or a tv network...

Began modifying the first post, added a listing of all the countries which have played the film in theaters, organized by the date of first show. Next step is to figure out if those countries got a dub or just subtitles and the others who got voice-over translations, or created them.

The Russian Voice-Overs seem to come in multiple variations and styles. I guess the Voice-Over people develop a style, some may translate stricter, others may understand english neuances, maybe they're done for specific dialecs. Gavrilov, Glanz, Kinomania, Mihaleva, Tycoon, Zhivov are some of the players in this field. Some of these groups/individuals? like the fansubbers of anime create their own subtitles.
