Star Wars Redemption: Episode 1 (Rendering final cut!) (* lost project *)

Yeah, I've gone back and forth on that issue. It is a long time but it's the most natural place to go back to me... It's almost as if Obi-wan gives us permission to go back... Does that make sense?

ID had the first transition during the twin suns scene which was actually a beautiful transition when I tried it myself... What do you think works best?

Oh, and I wasn't really getting ill about no responses. Just making sure people didn't forget about me. lol

Strictly speaking Dooku was as manipulated as the rest of the Jedi.

So really Obi-Wan should say something like, "We have all been deceived, even Dooku. Palpatine was behind everything, including the war. He is the Sith Lord we were looking for and now Anakin has become his apprentice."

I think that's vague. I mean, you could say that as the movie is already. I mean, Dooku was deceived. And he lost his head for it. The line really needs to somehow emphasize that Dooku was never evil.

I use to be on board with the idea of Dooku just being a rogue Jedi... Well, I still love the idea...I even went as far as doing lightsaber tests. http://vimeo.com/7070492

But through my tinkering I decided there isn't enough to back that idea up. There should be a "Aha" moment where the Jedi realize Dooku was right all along, but there isn't... The only way this TRULY works is if this scene exists. And by forcing it like I was trying to do only makes the Jedi look even stupider that they NEVER acknowledge the truth about Dooku. Am I wrong?

Well, the reason I went all Christopher Nolan on ANH is because it takes a good while until we get to the first PT flashback. I didn't want my audience to zone out of the movie because they've seen it all a thousand times. So, the swapping around was a way to MAYBE keep it fresh feeling.

If it's not doing this, feel free to say so.

I've said this before, but I always thought that Bail needed a make-over. I always expected him to be the new Han Solo of this trilogy? Why, you ask? Well, think about Han... Who falls for him? Leia.... Why does she fall for him? Maybe he reminds her of her father. We've always heard it say that a woman will marry someone like her father.

Always thought it would be interesting if Bail was this reluctant prince that left Alderaan during his father's rule to go have adventures. But then a Jedi named Obi-wan finds him to bring him back to his now ailing father in the midst of a new crisis involving the mandalorians. Rough I know, but it screams Star Wars to me.

STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

Is it bad that I'm not even excited about the blurays? I mean, honestly, it will probably be the same crap for the most part. I won't even be surprised if it has the same horrible white balance issues that DVD's had.

The only thing I'm somewhat interested in, is the possibility for new scenes and the new TPM Yoda. That's about it.

I don't know. I mean, it sounds good.... But in another movie. One of the many problems of the PT is that it was overly political, and with this, I feel it might be a lot of the same. The political drama was almost a character in of itself when it should merely act as a backdrop.

We didn't ask too many questions during the OT, like why are they fighting? It wasn't overly complicated. I mean the bad guy wore black. It's classic style storytelling and I feel that should have been maintained in the PT. Come up with your backdrop, and let be that and nothing more.

I could be wrong, but that's how I feel at the moment.
