Little Shop of Horrors original ending (Released)
Time
Right now it's the Hollywood Classics Madacy version. After May 1st (when the Legend Films version is supposed to be released), it will be one or both of the versions on the new disc. I can't wait until this comes out so I can see how big of a disc it is and everything. I don't know how to colorize things myself, but if I did, I'd attempt to do so to the original ending. If I can only fit one version of the 60 movie on this, what do you guys think it should be? I mean if I use only the color version, people can simply turn the color off on their TV and bam, black and white. Or should I just forget about the color version all together? I do want the Mike Nelson (MST3K) commentary on this though.

Street Fighter II - The Animated Movie Super Special Champion Edition Turbo (Released)
Time
Manga has released an uncut DVD in July, however it is two sided and won't have the Japanese video synced with the English audio like mine does. They said it would be too difficult to do. I think I have proved them wrong. You guys be the judge. Their version has two separate video sources, one in English the other in Japanese. Mine allows you to select English or Japanese audio over the SAME video. So if you choose to watch the FULL, UNCUT video in English audio, you can do so, something that won't be possible on the official release.

Star Wars out next year???????
Time
Four disc BTTF? I don't think there is such a thing? Not in the US anyway.. Sorry I turned this into a BTTF thread. My sister and I were both sick from school one day so mom let us stay home and we watched my crazy BTTF tape. Having it in WS with DVD quality though.. that would be cool. The way I made it before was I just left all of the credits in, but I think I cut the titles out of 2 and 3. Part 1 ended on the garage door. When Marty opened the garage, it was now Part 2. For part three, I tried to cut it as close to "To be concluded.." appeared on the screen when Marty is trying to wake up Doc, which you don't see on Part III. Part III cuts out as soon as Doc hits the ground.

Anyway, Yes I'm sure there will be plenty of Star Wars next year. I am excited for it all. You know me, I love the prequels and special editions. It's kinda sad that every time I say that I feel the need to clarify with "Seriously, I'm not kidding." To be honest, it really takes a lot for me to not like a movie. As long as it has action/ comedy/ something cool/ something exciting, I love it. So yeah- About Schmidt- hated it. Electra and even BloodRayne- I thought were kinda cool.

That would actually be kinda cool to watch - and easy to do with the DVDs.

I'll just add it to my list of 100 other projects to work on.

I thought about it. I wonder if there is a way to remove the opening credits on Back to the Future III? For part II it's easy. Just delete the flying thru the clouds. Part 3 actually has credits over the drive to Doc's, Marty and Doc aspleep with the hoverboard floating around, and Howdy Doody on TV.

Probably. I started out making stuff like this on VHS. Pretty easy that way. I made a 6 hr tape of all 3 Back to the Futures into one movie. Y'know, just connect two VCR's: hit record, hit pause, repeat. I'm starting to learn how to do this on DVD's now. It's a bit tricky. I'm not ready for the whole creating new effects myself or recoloring, etc. I think I can join two pieces of video together alright though.

I mean I think it will be the "cool" 3D- like Chicken Little, and the Honey I Shrunk the Audience, T2 and others at Disney and Universal Theme Parks. At least I was impressed by those. I am really looking forward to seeing these in digital 3D! If only they could have real actors running around and have like actual (fake) space debris hitting us in the theater. When Jar Jar steps in poo, it could feel like we just stepped in poo and stuff. Seriously though, it would be cool if for Darth Vader's entrance in A New Hope, that if someone in a Darth Vader costume would bust thru the screen like T2 the ride and stuff.

Hmm, lemmie look at the menus on the DVD I burnt and see how it is for me. I really didn't change how long the subs are displayed. Only when they should start, but I will watch the Dooku scene tonight.

For resume to work properly, you have to have watched a bit of the movie first. (Not the Yoda dance either). That's just how that button is designed to work with DVDLab Pro. So start the movie, hit Menu, then you can use the resume menu button if you'd like to. I'm glad everything worked out and you guys like it. Go ahead and do with it as you please. It would be flattering or something to see someone use
these subs in another project.

Hmm, downloaded 75 times... I wonder what those 70-some other prople think...

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I had this problem with another movie before, but i forget why. I think it may have been that I didn't check enough boxes for animorphic video. Check all of the buttons for the subs and "both" for the video.

I'm unable to bring up the window while it's doing its business, but when I see that it's not writing any more data into the folder, I force quit it and drop the VOBs into the VIDEO_TS folder. Maybe that's where the issue lays for me.

Yeah it does that. Just wait dor it to actually say it's finished. It will create ifo's when it's done and give a message saying it's done. These ifo's won't knows about my menus, however, which is why you need my replacement ifos. Just leave your computer running for a while and go do somehthing else until it's done.

I guess 5.1 audio would have been better. I was just trying to keep it small. There's probably not much mb difference between a 2.0 and 5.1 ac3 file, though, is there?

Glad you finally got it working Art! I'm glad I could be of help. In return, does anyone here have newsgroup access and can get my the Street Fighte II movie DVD-9 fansub from alt.binaries.anime? I can't seem to figure out how or what to do to even get into a newsgroup.

Mine is CHARLOTTE too. I was about to ask the same thing. According to wikipedia, the CHARLOTTE discs are rarer or something. There is some weird form of copy protection? or something like that on the disc. When you rip the chapter points, there are 72 for some reason, even though there are only 50 chapters. It took me a while to find out which 50 of the 72 were the REAL ones.
