But I need some clarification. I DL from a certain paradoxical site. The rar says “harmy…v2.5-Avchd…” but when I extract the iso reads “rotj…v2.0_avchd”

So there’s a mistake somewhere
Either
1 the new 2.5 avchd iso was not renamed to 2.5 before it got packed into the correctly named .rar
Or
2 the 2.0 avchd work print iso was by mistake packed into a rar labeled 2.5 and posted.

By the way my extracted iso size is 8,440,446,976 if that helps

Second since I saw your awsome hologram work I would love a shot of padme watching a “doctored” version of security footage of Mace windu attacking palpatine. Like a propaganda news story.

Ive been kicking the idea of adding morricone soundtracks and cropping Clint eastwood flicks to fit in with the man with no name universe. But i’ll probobly never get to it.

What if... All Endor Shots were recolored to night time pre dawn.... even the deathstar exploding almost dark out. 

What if... When Yoda Dies and we skip the ben scene Flows like "I can't do this alone"..."Leia" cut from the Ben Scene" then Cut to Boshh unfrezing Han. Need this so Luke can pre cognate and be on his way arriving early making it clear that they have only been unfrozen/captured for a little while

What if ... Luke talks to 3p0 on the way to tatoine in his x wing 3P0 says The princess Lando and chewbacca never returned from that awful place, or whatever it can become.

What if... when anikin riding a swoop was repourposed to Luke arriving at Jabbas palace.

What if... Luke could be overdubbed to tell bib to "be calm" tell him who he is and what he wants  It works because it would also help if the crowd and jabba aren't asleep when he arrives, Music playing etc. to cover overdubbs.

What if... A photoshop matt magician could make it seem like the rebels are celebrating anywhere but Ewok Village Even just the Hugs and Handshakes. And also the Luke telling leia the Brother Thing Scene.

What I would love to see would be a seamless branching blu-ray(s) of Harmy's Despecialized/team_negative1 Gout with some creative liberties taken to add the missing score, extend the Flew with your father scene, and restore the original Jabba the Hutt Scene, even if it is not cannon. Watching a proper extended cut of the original Star Wars is a fanboys daydream.

The goal is to have Luke Tell Bib who he is so he can introduce him to jabba because the droids along with his hologram are gone in my edit. This is really just to set up the flow. Lots of work to do cropping trimming subs sound efx and music.

I had a thought i thought i should share, Would it not be cool if Jerjerrod is killed by Vader?

Here's how it might work Palpy sends Vader to Command ship Cut to ESB landing SE landing Vader gets there just as Tiderian arrives. Tiderian goes to land Vader goes back to deth star 2 and use vader landing cause i cut it earlier. Jerjerrod says welcome were honord by your presence yada yada then cut to delated scene of vader being denied access to  the elevator cuting off sharp with a lightsaber sound and a reverse of the deleted scene of vader in the elevator to come out into the Emporor's Throneroom and then " I thought I told you to remain on the command ship"  I Think it might work

Well its been almost 4 months and progress is slow,  but thats the way things roll at the OT. 

I did however see the new battlefield trailor and think i can incorporate it into my battle for endor. I am having trouble getting an hd rip of it. But it could turn out to be the missing piece i need to make it all gel. And since im editing the droids out of the prequil i think i can use the scene of r2 and3po "if they needed our help they would have asked" to get them into the battle. And the deleted scenes where han keeps yelling for chewie to make it seem like chewie is missing. He turns up in the atst to save the day. 

Also does anyone know a way to rip the ep3  dvd deleted scenes. Mine come out with audio in the intros but not during the scenes. Arrrgh

So Now That I have been at this a couple weeks I can see that I have my work cut out for me. It's such a big project I find myself jumping around back and forth between the two movies. But I have come up with some good ideas and found some of the problems that still require some stratagy.

In ROTJ I have mainly focused on the Jabba scenes, I think it's gonna  come out pretty rockin tits. Here is a badly punctuated Breakdown of where I am going so far.

New Crawl Explaining Deathstar II Yodas declining health and that the fleet is about to move on the deathstar because they got stolen plans and Leia cannot wait for luke to rendezveux and go in without him.

I would like to have the original opening scene with the star destroyer but cut with the emperors tie parade and landing so that big papa palpy arrives on the death star at the beginning It makes the empire seem a step ahead. and gets the conversation out that he has been in charge of the death star II construction the whole time (perhaps as punishment for not retreiving the plans or shooting down luke, or catching luke) Then he says now I sense you want to continue your search for young skywalker thus setting up Darth tele harassing luke. And I think that since Palpy and Darth's story will be covered in Return of the Sith, Seeing them togeather at the beginning makes sense. Cut to Tatooine.

By Removing the Droids From Going in First..(or at all) I Need to Introduce Jabba a bit So I am using scenes from SE and DeSpec to introduce jabba Starting With the rebo band and Oola Dancing. Interlaced with jabbas dialouge from the boshh scene. it looks like theyre finished, Jabbas Chillin, Oola has a Seat, Jabba gets word from Bib that they found the spy is a dancing girl, He looks at her and says lets see you dance one more time pretty ho ho ho Se cut to her looking confused then she dances jabba says something about knowing shes a spy,  she says im not a tratior or something Bam Rancor trap with some of the SE rancor pit footage in there.

Then Boshh Comes in. With an introduction From Bib So as they did not blast their way in. Jabba Then I use the Jabba Scenes Mixed with the Boshh Scenes to Make it a conversation like Jabba So the mighty chewbacca,......Something from Boshh..........Jabba says not wise to have an unrestraind wooky why don't he just pull your arms off?  She says that he thinks his friends will come and save him. Then Bosh pulls out her little Flashy ball and says and if I die we all die....or something clever..Jabba Laughs Likes it Says well you won't be needing that here, besides he would hate to not live to see chewbacca frozen and hung by his Friend, Solo  -- Cut to Pan to solo from droids intro, just need to matt out Oola, or just use a hard cut to han in carbonite, there are several. Chewie gets taken away. No threepeo - No Boba. Cut to Dagobah.

Luke He has been on Dagobah finishing his training, just completed his lightsaber when he is visited telepathically by vader Prompting him to have an unexpededly fatal conversation with Yoda. (I think yoda just up and dying the way he does is silly like luke doesn't know at all and within two minutes of yoda mentioning it hes dead. It needs to appear that luke knew so I will make an attempt to make it like he does know. He will say there is another skywalker and all that bizz. Cause he could have logically held back info because he didn't know that luke knew that vader was whatever. Because holding important info like that for your last breath is kinda stupid. but wuteva. No ben scene...yet Now back to tatooine

Leia saves han, I'll have to crop or matt threepeeo out. I need some indy lines or other harrison ford lines for when they're dragging him off, like keep your hand's off her or you're making a mistake again, or something. Jabba says Aren't you a spicy taco or something and licks his lips Hard cut to Luke on Dagoba. Probly shot from ben where he says Leia, then shot of him standing outside his xwing then takeoff towards tatooine

Keep in mind that no one at Jabbas knows anything about Luke Skywalker. So now  is where it gets tricky I want luke to come in pissed. No real plan but asskicking. Chokes the guards and comes through, Bib stops him, hopefully somehow takes his weapon. Maybe subtitle bib to say you must check you weapon with the guard at the door and somehow get it to lando. I was thinking lando is the one who kicks that guard down at the door, then crop to him looking at luke talking and pulling down his mask. Anyway by using scenes from the droids intrance  I can make Bib not look like a Boob and use lukes hologram intro to into himself bib can say he is not a jedi jabba says for luke to shutup and tell him he is not welcome here, and luke mindtricks bib then, to show he is a jedi, lukes second trick fails, so with leia and lando right there Luke flips straight for asskick mode and grabs a gun boom rancor pit. Then everyones togeather.

Bring me Solo and the Wookie.....I will cut the Han Chewie Reunite so I will prob have Han say Chewie and Chewie Gronk when theyre bringing them out.  Cut the threepeeo stuff Jaba explains it, they all speak huttineese.

Cut down Sailbarge scene of Boba Fett and droids Luke gets his Saber from Lando and instantly goes to asskick mode. it happes fast so that you don't get the impression that 30 rough gangster type guys can't shoot a stationary barge or the 4 people on it from 100 ft away all unarmed cept one who can only block shots. Don't have this scene nailed down yet but i'm getting there.

I think that's enough for now but note I plan on heavy subtitle changes and everyone speaking a different language will be subed. Cep't maybe Chewie for continuity.

A small update:

So Wondershare Video Editor is not "up to snuff", or even close. So I have moved to power director 13 witch appears to be "up to snuff". I pretty much wasted what editing I had done, but no big deal. At least it was good practice.

A couple questions:

I had read somewhere that there's a fan edit that moves Emperor,Luke and DV to a super star destroyer. Does any one know where to find discussion about that. It is an interesting idea.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get luke his lightsaber without R2 being involved? Maybe Lando ends up with it I don't know. The problem is why he doesn't just go in with the saber. R2 gets through the door with it. Boshh goes through with her staff and a bomb, and a wookie on a leash. Luke goes in knowing he's gonna fight, He chokes two guards Jabba says no bargain and Luke just grabs a gun and tries to shoot jabba, in that crowd. He should have just had that damn saber. It makes no sense at all.

So i'm thinking maybe Bib takes it from him at the door and Lando somehow gets it, or it falls off when he falls in the rancor trap.

Hit me with some ideas people.

 I have no idea either. I am a Noob at this. I was getting used to Womble and made an edit of Eastbound and Down, and I liked it very much, but it will not handle the m2ts files, or mkv. So I found this and it does. It handles much like womble so I will know soon enough.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

And just a crazy question.

     Could a guy somehow take the isolated score and use it to remove the score from ROTJ That way It can be edited with dialouge and effects, then rescored. I understand the answer is probobly no so flame away.
