16mm French Star Wars and Empire

Really? I didn't know that. From the small samples I've heard in Marvins videos the audio was okay but we never know. The sound came directly from what seemed to be the built-in speaker of the projector so I can't really tell.

Are you saying that magnetic sound is usually better on 16mm prints? What is the main difference between a 35mm optical track and a 16mm one?

Here you go, thxita! I've just uploaded the two textless scenes from my FR DVD:

First sequence

Second sequence

I think that's all.

@Tservo: I've seen screenshots from this German edition, I would love to see the whole movie like that but I can't find it for a decent price unfortunately.

I have a similar DVD edition of From Dusk Till Dawn which is directly sourced from a 35mm release print. I also have a TVrip of Back to the Future like that.

I own the French Widescreen second release which uses the same master as the first P&S edition.

Everything is in English, we even have one channel for the English mono track and another for the French mono track.

I've never seen any localized version of that movie which is pretty weird since we generally do that a lot.

The project is interesting, I've recently made my own localized French version of Back to the Future in HD :-)
