Yes it is bizzare that the second death star took only four years to complete...but it could only destroy ships. An imperial union strike must have ended between episodes 3 and 4.

why did Lucas change it and change it back?

Easy. Because it wasn't a popular change for fans and so Lucas changed it back because he felt like it. Why he should not do this for the ghost scene in ROTJ and Han shooting first again, I dont know. The best solution would to have never tampered with the originals to begin with and keep the SE as a novelty.

Yoda landing on Dagobah and Qui-Gon's ghost are just enticers to kepp buying the SW label, and rebuy ROTS. It started with Anakin's ghost, which forced us to watch Episode III for the explanation. Then we had to wait for the DVD for the explanation, and now we need to wait for the archival superspecialawesome $150 edition to see scenes that aren't probably in there.

And BTW, putting Temura Morrison's voice for all the stormtroopers will make a massive plot hole.

I agree. The SW saga is a six part lesson in how a film becomes more and more artificial-eventually to the point of complete CGI-instead of actual plot, and then it is hyped up by a handful of PT gushers.

Lucas failed in the turn because he spent five hours on subjects from a high school civics class. The PT failed because of the turn, maybe the entire SW saga is ruined by the 6 film torture

His vision is still not realised.

Because he decided to create a "vision" after 1977. It was meant to be one movie until the original became wildly sucessful; as with all movies, a sequel was inevitable. Later, Lucas called it a "vision" in order to make money.

If future generations end up watching it on a 16:9 display, Greedo's subtitles will be cut off because the disc is non-anamorphic. Did you ever consider that?

Of course they would be cut off. Lucas wants us to watch the OOT in the worst possible way to make us never enjoy SW again.
