Did you remove the Audible Sparkles? Sparkles are fine, because they're in the book. But audible?! Way too much.

Hopefully when Ady posts the trailer on Page 1, he'll update the list of changes with the one I made for him. It has a clear list of what's changing, and what's not. I forgot to add the green lasers, but I'm sure he'll add it.
I don't care for the carvings idea. I like that there are no signs of habitation of Endor until they are captured. I'd like to think the Empire didn't even know it was habitated.

This is what Sevb is talking about. Either Ady didn't like it, or I suspect he lacked the elements to add it behind the aforementioned Ronto Butt since all those elements had to come from a pre-SE source, so he had to delete it here.

The "Dewback" has always been there. Ady changed the direction of the sun(s?) to match the direction it is when Luke and Obi-Wan enter a few seconds later.
If you use Audacity, you can record right from your computer. Quiet everything else, start recording, and push all the buttons in a row, then save it and split them up.

Thanks for the link! That's probably the coolest thing I've seen on SW.com for a while. I played around with the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter theme for about 10 minutes, imagining a battle :)
If they release more soundbites (they're free of music), this could be a great resource for building a soundtrack for a fanedit.

It was mentioned on the "ESB and ROTJ Wishlist" thread (and maybe here also) that maybe R2 should just fall straight down into the hole in the Falcon after he actives the hyperdrive. However, this is what I discovered.
So it really doesn't need to be worried about. :-D

In the shots where Chewie is handing Han tools down the same hole, there are pipes in the way that R2 might bounce off of on his way down. Makes sense to me.

Interestingly enough, Ady said on the "JJ Abrams is Ruining Star Trek" thread that his wife doesn't like Star Wars or Star Trek. I wonder what she thinks of his endless devotion to working on them and taking up their house with models for it....

I too have seen the trailer. "Excitement" is hardly the word I would choose. I don't think there is a word to describe what this trailer does.
I think we've covered pretty much everything. The only thing I don't think I've mentioned was maybe removing the Taun Taun blood stain from the wall while Han walks up to the Taun Taun corrall, since the Wampa subplot was removed.
