Yeah I doubt I can do much today either. Busy with church and I work tonight. We can start whenever.
If you are having trouble with the software, I have figured out a way to make an Excel spreadsheet that serves as a hex board. I will send it to you if you wish.
Alright. I hope you figure it out. I think I'll just use real pieces and board, but maybe use the program to help me make legal moves. I'll be hearing from you soon :)

anywhere but South Jersey. How about Ireland(not Northern Ireland)? Its independent from the UK and not too far from your native home(although I am not sure how they are about gay rights)
IGNORE OR DO NOT IGNORE.
I'm afraid TV's is right here, Warbler. You read most of his posts, whether by revealing or through others' quotes. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.
I should mention that those who are having trouble downloading it might have better luck at MySpleen where I put it up.
Thanks guys. I really appreciate you all taking a nice thread and dirtying it up. I guess we have a shortage of nasty talk around here and needed to make sure we put it in a thread devoted to more pleasant things.
Just did a quick search for "hexagonal spreadsheet and found this:

I'm sure if that's not good enough, there must be something out there. I'm at work and don't have time to look better, but it's just a thought.
That's no problem. I trust you of course. I really am thinking of using the physical set I built. The software kinda sucks, especially when on Virtualbox. It has a hard time tracking my cursor. Let me know how things are going :)
They changed it because they couldn't get the effect right and ultimately decided on a more mystical ending to Ben's mortal coil.

I'm actually impressed the game went on so long--a testament to not underestimate small shogi games. I thought it was fun. So does your dad want to start Kokusai Sannin, or do you want to try something else? If Twister jumps on board, we could give Yonin a shot as well.
So it looks to me like we will remain with a united Isle of Britain.
As this is just a referendum, why is everyone making it sound like it was a binding vote? A referendum is, by definition, a pulse of what the population is feeling.

@Twister, we look forward to seeing more of you :)

Twister, did you maybe want to consider playing a smaller variant?
I didn't annotate it but unless I've got my position wrong your lion is in check.

Are you going to ID us? I thought you thought such measures were racist in nature. What if I'm a Scottish citizen living in the States?
I thought I was being clever and was going to be able to even things up again. Now I cost myself even further :(

I have decided to alter the rules and allow all in the UK to vote in this poll, otherwise I don't think there'd be many votes cast here.
Not good enough! I demand that you extend this vote to all people in the Commonwealth!
Not far enough. The United States were once under British rule, though we are not part of the Commonwealth. Think of so many poor Arab nations. Think of the residents of Gibraltar, the Falkland Islands, and the Virgin Islands (UK). Think of poor Burma. Certainly they all deserve a voice in the future of Scotland!
Oh, and I think sKot who is so into preserving The Holiday Special should get two votes.

Are there any other Scotsmen who frequent this site? If not, I say we all give a vote for Bingowings! There re two reasons: one, I haven't seen him for several days and I doubt he'll vote here before he votes in a real poll; two, being the only Scot here, and since we all know how he'll vote, if we all vote in favor of Scottish independence, then the result will be the same as if only Bingo voted: 100% in the affirmative!
Here's me vote fer ya: AYE, LADDY!
I doubt Bingowings will vote just to please you. Otherwise, I'm not sure how many Scotsmen we have here.
And since we're talking a vote of Scots, shouldn't the appropriate responses be, "Aye" and "Ach, no"?
