There should be a novel on Tarkin. I'd probably like it if Luceno or Stover wrote it.

It's amazing how we've gone from the clone wars being a vague incident in which the Republic fights against clones to an overexposed galactic war in which the Republic uses clones.

And that might be part of what went wrong with the prequels. Lucas reused old concepts, even those that were dropped for a reason.
Is it just me or does TFN hate Luke?

Exar Kun would beat them all for the sole reason that he isn't a stupid Darth.
Correct.
That the EU has the Sith become extinct before the Rule of Two is implemented. This contradicts Yoda knowing about the Rule of Two.

Let's hope this means that Killiks don't exist anymore.
That it uses the prequels as an excuse for its own badness.

So Ezra's another Jedi in training? How many of them are there going to be in this show anyway?
At this rate, it's looking like...
What if the officer who says, "Hold your fire." in the beginning of ANH instead said, "Go ahead and fire."?
I wonder whether we'll see "Hammerheads" or "Ithorians".

Gosh, that sounds stupid.
That's because it is stupid. When I first played TFU, I was the most confused person in the world.

The Force Unleashed. Palpatine and Vader shouldn't ever be defeated before ROTJ and the Empire shouldn't create the Rebellion.
How specifically does the Empire create the Rebellion in TFU? 'Cause that sounds really stupid.
Vader has Starkiller gather the Empire's enemies into one place for an arrest. For some reason I'm not aware of, Vader also has Starkiller get them to use violence against the Empire and then Vader betrays Starkiller. Starkiller than turns to the light side, rescues the Empire's enemies, defeats Vader and Palpatine in duels, and then sacrifices himself to save Rahm Kota (a Jedi who's among those he rescued) from Palpatine's Force lightning. Those whom Starkiller rescued then go ahead and use violence against the Empire as the Rebel Alliance.

Why didn't Han pay off Jabba in between ANH and ESB?
You should check out The Empire Strikes Back sometime. It's a pretty good movie. ; )
I've seen ESB. I just don't feel the need to memorize every line.
Or remember plot points.
It was such a brief mention that you'd have to be thinking about while you watch the movie in order to notice it.

I second this. What happened to space battles, troops, and officers?

The absolutely nonsensical retcons, such as a reference to Leia being retconned into a reference to Padme
I assume this is the reference you're referring to, right?
If so, yeah, I agree -- it's an incredibly stupid retcon (one of the worst to come out of the modern EU, actually).
Indeed that is the reference I was referring to.
The absolutely nonsensical retcons, such as a reference to Leia being retconned into a reference to Padme, Leia and Han's wedding getting interrupted and then delayed for years, and Boba constantly going in and out of the sarlacc.
I think "canon" should be abolished. Star Wars didn't need a canon in 1977 and it doesn't need a canon in 2015.
lightsaber color variety
This is an interesting observation.

Maybe they would have to pay the person(s) who created Kyle?
LFL 100% owns everything created under the Star Wars brand and the EU authors are aware of this when they sign up to write EU.
But with the new management, someone might look for a loophole? The "work for hire" clause hasn't stopped people who created various superheroes for DC and Marvel from suing for compensation over the years.
That's a possibility.
