That thought occurred to me yesterday too. We need a recurring ship. Something with more character than 'chrome luxury ship #136'

I've always loved this ship from the game X-Wing Alliance. It's a YT-2000 as opposed to a YT-1300 like the Millennium Falcon.

I think it's just a case of finding someone who can use photoshop to create a background plate for the area the character is standing (in a still shot) and place that over the scene.

Anyway, looking forward to following these edits! :)

Now we just need someone with the same vision with a video camera, a greenscreen, lots of money, and a shitload of time on their hands :)

On a somewhat related note, I have the OT "Entertainment Utility" that LFL released back in 1995 with all the cool sounds, phrases and video clips.  The sounds are WAV and the clips are AVI.

If it is needed, please let me know and I'll set up a torrent.  Be advised that since it is from 1995, it is most likely that you will not be able to install it.  However, all you need to do is browse the disc for all the goodies.

Pretty sure Ady is just using an old audio track in its entireity and won't have Winggreen's isolated voice. I'm just wondering if it's ever been released seperately from the movies. E.g. In the same way as some music and effect less voices were released as ringtones (credit to doubleofive for finding those)

I'm in need of a sound byte, but am unsure if it even exists outside of the Lucasfilm archives.

I'd like to get a clean sound of the original (Jason Wingreen) Boba Fett in TESB saying "as you wish". No music and no Vader breathing.

Unfortunately the one on the soundboards is the Temuera Morrison version, and has vader breathing anyway.

Haha. Sorry for the confusion between my youtube and OT usernames. I'm only called brash_stryker on this forum. Actually this is the only forum I'm a member of and a handle based on my surname didn't seem appropriate. =)

Just had a thought which I'm fairly sure hasn't been mentioned before, and is not necessarily something I want to see done and may even be seen as a blatant fan service by some people, but it might provoke some interesting discussion all the same.

Anyway, we hear Vader tell Boba Fett in TESB "no disintegrations". What if we actually saw this previously favoured method of Boba's first hand in Episode 2? (in an edit where the character of Jango is changed into Boba of course).

I've done some further cuts to that meadow scene so that Anakin seems less vehement in his views and it's more plausible that he's joking. Also planning on putting the kiss after the meadow scene as it's a little too short now to justify leaving it in and then cutting back to Kamino immediately.

That was my first thought when I saw Angel's pic too. Kamino looks so bright and sterile. It needs some grit and darkness.

Holy shit, Ady. Talk about retreading George Lucas' footsteps. The most problematic part is the "then they should be made to". I don't see any way around that...

IMHO, I think it's conceivable that he's teasing her, but clearly the majority don't agree.

This is actually the line I struggled with most in writing the crawl as it sounds a bit clunky. It's still a work in progress and a loooong way to being finalised, but seceded means to seperate from.

My reasoning was so that it would be clear that they were part of the republic previously.

I'll probably remove the "seceded from and" so that it just reads "several thousand star systems have declared their intentions to overthrow the republic"

SSWR: I like what you've done with that video. I'm surprised I haven't seen it before. I like how you've transitioned straight from one love scene to another :)

I'll have a look at what I can do to improve the scene. That is if I'm even keeping it...
