There are a lot of very talented and knowledgeable people on here but i haven't come across any that can read minds. So how did you expect to get help when you just say crap like " it just doewnt wrk"? Then become a rude little kid when people are replying to you. Isn't that what a forum is for? You brought all this upon yourself with your crappy attitude after people tried to help you or answered you.....Oh, hang on. After reading your posts i see there may be a lanuage barrier so i better explain it again in your own language:

no my bad atitude came after people started talkiung down to me like im some child that doesnt know that theres guides to certain programs then continually copying and pasting what ive said to makes ones point........... in the other post the help was given and it was made clear that what i was asking to do was probally impossible..so therefore was no sense in pursuing the matter anymore..also with this post...it was clear after few comments from some of you that it wasnt not worth my time to pursue as all i was gonna get was " go find the guides on their site and figure it out yrself" other than that most everyone on this site has been vry nice and helpful..im just srry this has gotten so far out of hand.....this is my last comment on the matter ....im not plaiing on posting anything again if i need help il go do my own research to save myself and yall any grief

No one talked down to you like a child at all. But you are certainly acting like one. You gave no indication of what the problem was other than saying that it doesn't work, yet you expect people here to magically solve it for you. I pointed you to Jdownloader's own forum where you would most likely find the solution to your problem so how the hell is that not helping you? And in your other thread it was not made clear that is was probably impossible to do what you wanted either. You really need to read replies properly. I pointed out to you that you would "struggle" with the editing you wanted to do because of the low specs of your PC and that you would be better off using Sony Vegas rather than premier because it's not as memory/processor hungry. Not once did i say it was "impossible", nor did anyone else. Hell i started doing my Revisited edit on a PC that had almost the same specs as you so it certainly wasn't impossible. But your reply was "just forget it". That was just plain rude after people were helping you. If you're going to act like a child then you shouldn't be surprised if people start treating you like one. You certainly need to go back to school and learn how to read because you seem to be reading things in peoples replies to you that aren't there.

ive already been made aware of that and ive still cchosen not to use the program or ask for any help...yet stilll......

Are you for real? You haven't asked for any help? Well let's refresh your memory shall we:

jswert123 said:

yes can someone please help me with jdownloader ive never got that program to do anything

Well i can clearly read that you asked for help, which we gave you, then you suddenly change your mind AFTER we had given you the help. So why become such an ass towards people that replied to you?

In another thread you started you asked for help/ advice about video editing and it was given but you suddenly turned around and said "just forget it", now you do the same in here once someone has taken the time out to offer you the help YOU ASKED FOR.

You will find that people here can be very helpful, but peoples patience can only be stretched so far and you have shown an really bad attitude that will just get you ignored in the future.

I noticed that the TPM space battle scene shown in the documentary didn't received any kind of treatment. It was like the DVD version.

Yes, it has received the same treatment. The pink tint is gone and it also looks like Lowry have done the clean up because the colour of the engine glows have been almost lost, the same thing that happens in the 2004 OT set

Be like what? I provided links that would help you with your problem with jdownloader. You gave no information apart from "it just doewnt wrk" so i'm really not sure how you expect people to be able to help you out when no one knows the problems

STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW
Time

for those that want a less compressed version you can download it from here:

http://hotfile.com/dl/88901970/73c4bc6/RAISING_XWING_XMAS_new_link.mkv.html

There's another shot in the clip that is unfinished and that one is when Luke walks away from Yoda. The shot is actually finished but it was accidentally left out from this clip because i had the layer it was on in Vegas disabled when rendering. Not a biggie really but the floor replacement to cover the moving floor isn't complete in the online version.

I dunno if this has been mentioned or not, but it seems like after the SE was coloured all blueish, Yoda's eyes and skin become one exact colour tone - were you planning on making his eyes slightly more vibrant?

It might be just Youtubes compression because his eyes certainly don't have the same colour tone as his skin. The whites of his eyes have a neutral tone because i rotoscoped his eyes in almost every shot to eliminate this. if you turn the saturation all the way up you can see that the eyes remain virtually neutral:

guides and "how to" use the program isnt the problem it just doewnt wrk like people say

Which is why i said there are "plenty of guides and help out there". Jdownloader has it's own forum and you may be able to figure out your problem there:

http://board.jdownloader.org/

But, as none said, without explaining what problems you are having then you can't really expect anyone to be able to help you

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time

I didn't use any HD footage for the edit. I was too far into the edit before a HD source became available and i didn't want to start from scratch. There wouldn't be any benefit for me to release an upscaled version of ANH:R and i won't be doing a HD version of ANH:R unless a restored HD version of the theatrical edition miraculously shows up and we all know that isn't going to happen. You are better off letting a good player upscale the DVD

Speaking of which, having seen your pics V, I guess another question for Ady:

Are all of the TIE fighters going to have red engines visible from behind? I'm not sure if all of the rear shots of TIE fighters/bombers/etc retain visible red engine glows.

I'm trying to add the engines to all rear shots of the TIEs but some are just too difficult to track so it's likely that some TIEs won't have them

vaderios said:

Ady I think (not sure) you mentioned that you will reuse the same shot that piet says "yes my lord" in the tractor beam shot because when Piet says for the first time Yes my lord its from an other shot and the officers and the BG is not match.

So i have to ask if this is true. Logically you will replace the background from vader too in the close ups because its the same/flipped from the hoth scenes

Also when piet later says "alert all commands" will you replace its BG to be next to vader because he clearly talking to the crew in the pit of the bridge?

The "yes, my lord" scene has been fixed and it no longer changes to a shot of Piette in the command centre, and the background is now correct when it switches to vader, again instead of the control room.

The pit shot is another thing. There isn't a shot of the correct pit to use apart from in Jedi, but that's when the bridge deflector shield gets destroyed and it's too chaotic to use.

Lord Grievous said:

Is this amalgamation still in ESB:R?

No, That's gone.

Monroville, I actually like that idea, but i don't think it's something i'd want to do for Revisited.

Hmm i see no big difference there ady apart the clarity of the falcon and some fixed colors.. pity the engine had more detail to the 2004 version. I think the overdone white boost made the engine looks more like GOUT..

OOps, posted the wrong snapshot. That's the 97 SE AVCHD, not Revisited, which is why the engine is so overblown. Too many layers in Vegas & enabled the AVCHD layer by mistake when taking all the snapshots. Here is the proper revisited version

Also, any word on (1) the yellow/orange lights on the Executor nose being recolored to match the blue along the side of the ship and

Sorry, didn't see this the first time. Yes the lights have been recoloured at the tip in that shot along with the removal of the bad garbage matte on the executor from the closest stardestroyer.

Angel, i really don't think that the darkness of the Executor looks any better than it being too light. In fact i think it looks worse. It doesn't have to be that dark. Visually it's now become lost in the sea of stars. I've recoloured and darkened it a little but i won't be changing it any more.

What really depresses me about this shot is just how much they destroyed the detail due to the crushed blacks. Another thing i noticed is that they recomposited the falcon for the 2004 release as it's in a slightly different position from previous versions

I can't believe people are judging a future (a year off still?!) bluray release on some screen caps from a documentary! There's every chance they - the makers of the documentary - grabbed what was available AT THE TIME when making it. Wouldn't surprise me if Lucasfilm are going through the films in order, or at least prequals first as they'd need less work than the originals in terms of bringing them to bluray. They're probably working on the originals now which is why they had to use the current transfers in that documentary.

It's not over till it's over, and a lot can happen in a year.......!

To pronounce you know what the new bluray transfers will look like from watching a documentary is pretty far-fetched IMHO and more than a little reactionary!

Lucasfilm have already stated over a year ago that the OT was already finished and ready for a Blu-Ray release. GL has also stated that we won't get the OUT restored because it would be too expensive. It's all about money. He was happy with the way the 2004 set turned out and there is no way he would spend any more money going back to the beginning and making a new HD transfer, with fixed colours especially when he see's nothing wrong with it. He has only spent money on restoring TPM because he wanted to add digital Yoda and because the old TPM transfer looked so bad.

I think the gamma has been turned up on the broadcast because i had to lower it slightly on the Hoth shot to check if its was the same colouring, which has made the TPM pics look brighter because i didn't adjust them. You can see some issues with the darker areas which are commonly attributed to a gamma increase, but this is how i remember seeing TPM in theatres. It was never pink

here's the arena pics with the gamma adjusted to the same level i adjusted the Hoth picture:

Yeh, there is no way i would lengthen a shot just to make it look cool or to show off a new shot. I've had quite a few people beg me to lengthen the new shot of the falcon taking off from the platform during the bespin escape so you can see the falcon fly away. But there is no way i would do that. That is not what Revisited is about and never will be. I'm not going to change something just because it looks cool.

The executor exiting the asteroid field work perfectly well the way it is. It doesn't need an angle change or adding stardestroyers or anything else, so i won't be changing it. And the stardestroyer that gets destroyed, yes the underbelly of the Executor is darker than we see it any other time but there is a reason for this and the mock-up proves it. Give the underbelly the detail and lightness to match other shots and you're looking at the Executor. Take away that brightness of the undebelly, as in the original (admittedly the was a very slight amount of detail visible prior to the 2004 transfer, but still it was hardly visible), and your eye now focuses on the stardestroyer coming in from the right lower side of the screen, which is exactly where you should be looking

And one thing i really can't understand Angel is that you started off this suggestion of altering the executors exit from the asteroid field because you originally thought it was a re-used & flipped shot, yet you say to change it to a different angle which would have meant re-using an existing shot. What would be the point in that? That wouldn't have fixed anything but it would be just changing the shot to "make it look cool", yet the same re-used problem would still be there.
