I never walked out of any of the prequels, probably because i had my children with me. But i saw people doing so. TPM had a varying degree of people walking out long before the end. When watching ROTS i was surprised by how many got up and walked out. The cinema was 3/4 full at the beginning and by the time Windu confronted palpatine, the cinema was pretty empty. I think i would have joined them but my kids had all fell asleep ( and my wife for that matter). Funnily enough though, the film that gets all the hate, AOTC, had the least amount of people leaving.  It was mainly viewers who didn't go with their kids that left during the three prequels. I think a lot of parents suffered to sit all the way through just for their kids ;)

The original OOT ending made perfect sense. A hell of a lot more sense that having Hayden in there.

At the 0:34 mark just as Rogue 2 yells in close-up as he's hit - his chest button is still green at this point, not blue.  It's fleeting, but it's there.

Also, should there be a hint of a crack added to the left side window of Luke's speeder too?  It just seems that there might be some kind of damage on that one also, due to the impact.  But no biggie once again.

At the 1:08 mark just as Luke reaches into the back of the speeder before the AT-AT foot stomps down...it looks as if there was an attempt made in the original to add the dark grey markings to the rear of the speeder at this point.  I see that you've not done anything to this shot in your clip, apart from the redone speeder that flies past - but the 'white' rear section of the speeder on the left-hand of this shot looks kinda jarring after the sterling work you did on the markings in the other shots.  It wouldn't stick out so much if it was even just darkened the same as the top portions have been in this shot.  Just a thought.

1 - If you listen to the sound effects in that shot, it's firing the side guns and not the main canons, so i changed them to the side guns. This actually happens a lot throughout the battle; main guns firing , but the sound effects are wrong. I'm hoping to fix that in the sound mix

2- good catch. i'll get that fixed

3- Can't really tell from the external shots if there is a crack on the left or not, so i'll leave it as it is.

4 - I didn't think it would be noticeable, but i guess i was wrong ;)

 You mean like the sound effects already in the movie? I just checked both scenes and both have sound effects

Noticed a couple of things hidden in the background in that video ( click on images to see full size):

Right at the back of the stage, we can see the same style lights that were in the death star

And we can see chewies copstume in the background here, but with the more original bandolier that can be seen in the Bob Iger pic

I don't even think it is Peter Mayhew in the mask in that video. It's almost as it the mask is too big for the person wearing it.

compare that with the photo with Bob Iger

The X-wing has the landing lights , but no cockpit lights. Didn't really need any lighting in the cockpit as the canopy is closed

The Dagobah miniature is about to get filmed. Some last little tweaks with the lighting, especially the rear illumination, then to fill the room with smoke and start shooting. So the ball droid (BB-8) isn't CG, but a real prop , as confirmed by Mark Hamill. In bet the whiners on the net that were saying the ball droid was "bad Cg" are going to be a little butthurt about this one ;)

These edits are meant to be watched as 6 films only. They won't fit in with the clone wars cartoon; they won't fit in with the EU; and they may not even fit in with the new set of sequel films either. When it comes to editing the prequels, the only thing that matters is the OT. Events and characters are going to be altered. New characters that weren't in the prequels may be introduced. The Clones won't be all clones of Jango Fett, if at all. So, just for that one fact alone, the Clone Wars HAVE to be ignored and thrown out the window.

 You'd be better off sticking to the official version TBH. C-3P0 is going to be in all 3, but fully golden as the Amidala/ padme's protocol droid, so there would be no going back to having Anakin building him (thank god);. No midichlorians at all; in fact there are going to be so many changes, there is no way it would fit into the clone wars series. But, you say you want them to fit in with both clone wars series? How? Those series don't even fit in with each other
