Terrible DVD/Blu-ray Cover Art
Time

Honorable mention goes to:

While they look sleek at first glance, an iota of scrutiny reveals a failure to stick to any real theme. Yoda for AOTC just makes no sense when the rest are villains.

Generic Stormtrooper instead of Boba Fett? Heck, if they wanted to stick to big bads they could have used Tarkin for SW and then Vader for ESB.

Ultimately, lazy floating head designs are always a fail.

Bonus points for dropping the episode numbers. But points docked for just slapping STAR WARS on each with the film's title underneath. Each cover should have had the film's title as a logo:

Do we know when we get a poster? We're like... four and a half months until launch? And as far as I know, no poster.

There have been two posters. The first was given away free to attendees at Star Wars Celebration:

The second has shown up in theaters across the country. I've personally seen it up at my local IMAX:

Here's hoping we get some classic poster action sooner than later.

Yeesh. It's been confirmed that the writers of Vacation will be penning the script for the new Spider-man reboot:

Daley: We can finally acknowledge that.

Goldstein: We've been saying no comment for the last week.

Daley: This is the first time that we can say that we are writing it.

Goldstein: We're thrilled.

Daley: ... He's a sharp kid and witty and kind of deals with the fact that he's an outcast and a geek through humor. It is sort of the safety net for geeks like us, so I think we can totally relate to where he's coming from. As well as the superpowers, which we also have.

Ant-Man (2015)

Loved it!

I had some strong reservations going in but it blew my expectations away! Lots of humor but done in a grounded way that fits the universe.

As well as some great action. The sequence where he first tests out his suit in a live situation and has to engage in combat was phenomenal.

Also, that had to be THE best use of digitial de-aging to date. Michael Douglas looked flawless as his 40 year old self.

It did decently at the box office so I'm hoping we might see another outing someday.
