What are some of what you guys would consider the most ridiculous episodes of Star Trek?
I can’t think of any at the moment. But undoubtedly they’ll all be from Voyager.
Impressive Obi Wan costume. I like the idea of a portable Vaporator too. Not sure why would Obi Wan would need a Gaffi stick, unless he’s using it for another purpose.

Zootopia was a decent film but Moana was the better of their two films. That said, of them all, Kubo and the Two Strings should have won this year. Instead it’s just another year and another disappointment from the Academy voters.

I find it amusing that Doctor Who almost did a story about a female dominated society during Patrick Troughton’s tenure in the late '60’s. Can’t recall why they never went into production with that script, but they probably dodged a bullet in any case.
Big Finish actually adapted that story into an audio adventure. It’s pretty hilarious. =P

Exactly. I doubt either Kasdan or JJ wanted to completely rehash OT as they ended up doing with TFA. I am pretty sure that directive came from above (even above LFL perhaps) in order to try to secure the big investment by following the “proven” formula.
I think this might be the wrongest you’ve ever been.
TFA still has the stupid map and the stupider R2D2 activation moment, but it averages out so that both become simply mediocre.
Don’t forget seeing the destruction of a planet from an entirely different star system.
TFA was far worse with its offenses.
