And for the record, you can post reconstructed trailers too.
Giving this thread a much needed bump.
Wonderful friend of mine Taas007 now bring us his reconstructed trailer for Once Upon a Time in The West:

I would add the Touchstone and 20th Century Fox logos (complete with fanfare for the latter) for the opening and after the credits.
Did they not shoot on film?
Nope. Video.
Some good news of late, The Jim Henson Company finally got permission to reinstate Kermit for Emmet Otter! The special even aired recently on ABC Family:
http://kidscreen.com/2015/12/17/the-jim-henson-company-remasters-christmas-classics/
The bad news, they matted it to widescreen and because they restored it in HD, the frame rate has been manipulated.
My gripe about the 5.1 track on the Blu-ray is the part where Lucy asks Charlie Brown about her Christmas Queen part. The music and dialogue don’t match the rhythm and timing the mono track did.\
Other than that, no complaints with Warner’s DVD/Blu-ray audio for Charlie Brown Christmas.
But yeah, it be great if someone made a fan edition with both 5.1 and original Mono, reinstate the Coca-Cola sponsor tags, and add additional extras (like the recent ABC documentary special).
I'm just hoping for the CD edition, we get the complete scores for II and III.
Bumping again to let you know that the DVD is now up for pre-order at Amazon! It's coming in t-minus 11 days (September 29th)!!
And...I pre-ordered it this afternoon. ;)

Empire Magazine–Verified account @empiremagazineAt a Q&A tonight John Landis dropped that Disney are finally going to re-release the theatrical cuts of the original Star Wars trilogy.
5:43 PM - 18 Sep 2015
Best news of the night!!! :D
Not related to the uncut version, but related to the film though, a Blu-ray is set for this October!:
http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=264836
No extras unfortunately.
Bumping this thread to give you guys a head's up; the movie is set to play on Encore Family on September 21st at 12:40am:
Season 1 DVD and Blu-ray sets September 1st!!!!!:
http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Rebels-Season-Blu-ray/dp/B00YY3NUUQ/
http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Rebels-Season-One/dp/B00YY3NV64/
I was thinking "Disney keeps the film, copyright, and streaming rights while Fox gets everything else".
My thoughts:
-I hope Disney does the right thing and restores the Fox logo and fanfare for the 5 of the 6 films (customer service understood my dilemma and my complaint went to marketing for evaluation so...good news!)
-Ewok Adventures on special edition Blu-ray and DVD (by special edition, I mean remastered picture and sound and loaded with extras, no CGI changes!) and complete series sets of Droids and Ewoks to coincide with VII. Who's with me? ;)
-It'd be great if some miracle happens and Fox manages to keep permanent distribution rights for I, II, III, V, and VI along with already permanent rights to IV.
-I suppose Fox also has permanent rights to any other Lucasfilm co-productions?
Bumping this thread because Kidco is finally coming to MOD DVD!!!!:
http://videoeta.com/movie/16354/kidco/
Still, have this project on stand-by, because we don't what the transfer will be like yet.
Throwing my hat into the ring here; I'm upset that I, II, III, V, and VI are missing the Fox logo and fanfare as much as you are.
Sure those films are solely Lucasfilm and they made them and Fox simply distributed them, but to me, they're still Fox films.
I suggest we contact Disney tomorrow and ask them nicely to right this wrong.
A long, overdue bump for this thread for new trailers!:

Maybe the release of Lucasfilm's Strange Magic woke somebody up?
Or perhaps Episode VII. ;)

They'll always have IV. Disney can't take that away from them.
Tell Disney that when they decide to release a 1-9 boxset.
They could always sublicense it (studios have been doing that lately, look at the Chucky and Terminator Blu-ray sets).
They'll always have IV. Disney can't take that away from them.
Sometimes, I wish Fox could renew distribution (or at the very least Disney keeps all the Fox references intact) because I always felt Fox was Star Wars' true home.

Who knows if this set will have the unaltered Mono mix this time, but either way, official release of the Halloween 6 Producer's Cut!!!

"Finally today, here’s a little treat for you 007 fans that our friend (and BD producer) Robert Meyer Burnett alerted us to this afternoon: The website The 007 Dossier has just posted MP3 files of the “banned” Criterion laserdisc audio commentaries for the films Dr. No, From Russia with Love, and Goldfinger! These tracks were recorded by Criterion for their original LDs way back in 1991 and were initially released, but Albert Broccoli felt they were unacceptable and had them all pulled and re-issued without the tracks. Now you can finally download them and enjoy, so be sure to head over there ASAP if you’re a Bond fan. They’re well worth the time."
