CW's MCoG does have the mini-documenteries. And they're in surprisingly good shape. A little muddy, but not pixellated. (And no subtitles).
I checked Disc 1 so far, and they've been about historical topics about the show. I haven't run into any "making of" yet. (You might be able to tell that I'm not the expert, here.
). I didn't catch them on Nickelodeon, back in the day, but I remember seeing them listed in the schedule. I'm getting addicted to it, now - I have to see where all this is going.

Heh, best I know of is that Nick never showed the mini-documentaries as far as I'm concerned (probably for timing constrants and the need to throw more ads in).
