I’ve read he whole trilogy and they’re pretty good, but now it’s been revamped with a new author and storyline! Is it a good revamp, or is it not as good the original?
Oh yes, I finally figured out which lightsaber colour’s my least favourite: purple-white with shimmering rainbow colours ala Gantoris’ lightsaber from the Jedi Academy Trilogy. That thing’s too outrageous even for me.

If you change the perspective a bit, Anakin became good again. After throwing the Emperor to save his son, that’s quite a good deed. Even though he may be 100% Dark side, he still has good in him. So the random guy smiling and creeping us out is Hayden Christensen and the OUT-perspective force ghost in Lucas’ “original idea” (which then was replaced with a peverted force ghost, Good job Lucasfilm.) is Sebastian Shaw.
Now i like 1997 special edition best. Sebastian shaw now is the ghost of anakin to me. (screams YEAH at top of lungs)

I think the makeup is kind of cheesy and plasticy, but it makes sense he would look different than in Jedi, considering that the scars are fresh in Sith but ~30 years old in Jedi. However, I think the notion that his appearance in Jedi necessitated a catastrophic injury is moronic, especially considering the wound was self-inflicted in Sith. Why couldn’t he just be really fucking old? It is a galaxy far far away. Maybe he was 170 or something. They could have just made McDiarmid look a little older than he actually was in the prequels.

In answer to the topic, this is mostly my purist side talking but older Anakin plus it looks less awkward when put next to the ghosts of Yoda and Obi-Wan.
I watched the prequels first, so I would think there was some random guy as a ghost. See my point? P.S, victory celebration is so much better than yup nub. (Stupid spelling corrections!)
Even when you see the guy unmasked moments before you would think he was some random guy? No one had any problems knowing who he was for 21 years before lucas decided to screw with things. Has the human race become so dumb that they couldn’t still figure that one out?
