Thanks for that.  The "hiding in a tree" is what made me suspicious, but it now that is shown to be a storage trunk and not a tree, it is all clear.

I've always thought that it would be interesting to see an bubbly acidic froth come out of the mynock's mouth, making the mynock a serious threat and not just an inconvenience.

That's the only place it would be.  That's why I am asking for documentation.

I think it would be moot.  Cloud City is free floating and could orbit with or against the planets orbit.

Um... Maybe keep Darth Maul.  And keep him around longer.

I like how messy the explosion is.  I can imaging crap being blown all over the place in low orbit.

If that is what will happen, I'm not gonna judge until I see the final product.  Maybe Lando's death will make the story more powerful. 

What editing program are you using?

Then why are there two stripes on Vader's when he lands?!

First, sorry about all the pictures.

 The stripes are the same in function (to the filmmakers and the audience) as the stripes on the X-wings.  They are a design feature that was thought up to distinguish one shuttle from the other.  Especially in the live shots where the actual shuttle set was used for at least three and maybe four different shuttles. 

Palpatine's shuttle had one stripe perhaps to designate it as the Star Wars equivelent of Air Force One.  Vader has two stripes and others don't have anyway.  They were likely just stuck onto the prop and removed as needed.  The nose of the shuttle prop also has a colored piece that was removed as well.

And then when filming began, the concept was scrapped.  So the models and the sets don't match the matte paintings.

Here is Vader's shuttle with two stripes:

But it doesn't explain this which has one stripe:

And the Tyderium set-piece was repainted to make the shuttle the rebels were flying a bit more grungy and closer to the rebel's style.

So maybe the set designers, propmakers and painters had a plan for the stripes, but it doesn't show in the final product.

It might be nice to experiment with images of what accretion disks might look like (some look very pretty and there are a lot out there if you do a search) :

 It has never really bothered me that perhaps the rebel fleet was hiding outside of the galaxy at the end of ESB.   I think the final shots could use a little punching up, but nothing too drastic.

I'm not a horror fan, but the mention of ET has me drooling.  Actually, I am not sure if I have any of your releases, DJ, but I have always thought it was awesome of you to make all of those rarities available.  Keep up the good work, it is appreciated!

Ok, I see what you are saying.  It does seem daft for Mace to be the odd man out with the purple saber.  I guess the real trick with either option (ranking or emotion) is can it be conveyed to the audience that there is some significance to the different colors without beating the reason into their heads without a lot of extra exposition.

Wouldn't the shuttle land in the middle of the circles?  Why are they there if not to land on?
