Episode III: Revenge of the Ridiculousness
Time

As Hayden's internal thoughts don't start until his character in Awake is put under, there's no confusion as to what we're hearing.

It seems to be an old cinematic convention that internal thoughts don't sound like someone speaking out loud. (Unless a character is alone.) The alternative to the old echo gag is making the voices more like speaking softly.

Of course, if someone's been cryogenically frozen, they have no internal monologue anyway! ;)

LOL! That's great! And you used "Avenge me!" :)

Have you looked into using cutscenes from the Episode III game yet? There are some potentially useful bits. Anakin killing the librarian, Poggle getting squashed by a force pushed door, and Nute running like hell, leaving his allies to die.

The ending where Anakin wins the final duel could be another dream scene.

Got to Season 3 of DS9. This is where the fun begins/it grows the beard.

I'm halfway through Season 6, and - IMO - the beard has definately developed a lot of gray at this point. I don't think I'm going to stick around to watch it turn white with "Tears of the Prophets" and Season 7.

I think season 6 is one of its best, and, despite some definite missteps in season 7, it's still overall pretty strong (remember that TNG had lost quite a bit of its sheen by season 7 as well) with some really good episodes ("The Siege of AR-558" and "It's Only a Paper Moon" spring immediately to mind, and "Take Me Out to the Holosuite" is perhaps my favorite guilty pleasure) and an amazing 10 episode arc to conclude the series.

Take Me Out to the Holosuite could have easily been titled Vulcans are dicks. ;)

Weren't there several different versions of TMP released?  What are they and which is best?

My "Special Longer Version" using letterbox footage from multiple sources. All released versions had been P&S.  *Grin*

Snatched! :)

Out of curiosity, between the Special Longer Version and the Director's Cut, is all released TMP material made available, or are there other cuts that include even more stuff.  I don't have the patience to go through and catalog these differences myself.

I know TWOK Theatrical and Director's Cuts both still miss some stuff that I'm not even sure how it got out there, like Saavik's half-Romulan heritage, etc.

Piggy-backing on this as-yet unanswered question, where can one find the additional missing scenes and takes for TWOK?  For instance, is there a way to get ahold of the ABC-TV version which has some differences from both the Director's cut and the Theatrical cut.

Also, where does one see the scenes found on this YouTube video?  Are they in another cut, or is there an official release that includes them as deleted scenes?

I transferred my off air copy of the ABC broadcast several years ago. Didn't think there was still interest in it, as I thought those scenes were on the DVD extras?

My house is still a mess, otherwise I could go looking for it.

Star Wars: Episode VII to be directed by J.J. Abrams **NON SPOILER THREAD**

It's not difficult to understand why people believe Abrams is getting itchy feet.  This is the guy who initially turned down the job, has refused to commit to the scheduled 2015 release, and has bitched about working in the UK (saying it was making him 'crazy').

These things don't exactly fill me full of confidence in him.

Where has he been quoted as not committing to the release date?
