Going by other auctions I've seen, films tend to get rewound on whatever reels happen to be handy, not always the same ones they were shipped out to a theater on.

It's from an interview with Jeremy Bulloch years ago. I might have a copy of it somewhere, but off hand I can't remember which book / mag it was in.
From what I remember it was an interview done during the making of Empire and he just mentions that he's spent the last two days filming inside Slave 1 with IG-88. I really stuck with me as obviously it's not in the film. My guess is IG-88 tries to steal Solo for himself. It might have been expanded upon in a comic at one time.
I'm on holiday at the moment but when I get home I'll have a look.
EDIT: actually it might have been an interview with Norm Reynolds... Fuck I can't remember. I read it years ago, I'm doubting the who and the where but it was said!
Maybe someone could ask Mr. Bulloch? Although I always got the impression IG-88 really wasn't built to do much except stand there and look intimidating.

I've known people who thought it was a shame Roddy McDowall was covered up by foam latex in the orginal Planet of The Apes series. Arguably one of his greatest roles.
And until we actually see Lupita's character on screen, speculating whether or not it's another Jar Jar type character is a little premature.
It's a safe bet she gets a cameo in the flesh someplace in the movie, much like Ahmed Best did in AOTC.
Not really, they were just opposed to the OOT being released, (and dug up anything to support the narrative that some people were bashing George from day one) so naturally this site would be an object of fear and loathing.
The attempt to equate SOTS to the OOT was really a stretch.
Crap on Twitter sinks to the bottom fairly quickly, (and requires effort to dredge) so I don't think it's worth engaging the guy.
I do wonder what happened to our number one fan, who used to slag us pretty often in spite of claiming to never visit the site. Their blog has been silent since 2012.

I tried, I truly tried to get into Rebels, but I just can't. I'm just not into animation. I had to turn it off on the second episode. It's all just much too childish, even for Star Wars.

The problem with truly Alien environments is that they tend to require spacesuits, which is something we've not seen much of in the Star Wars universe.
Colors notwithstanding, even an mostly inhospitable place like Mars looks like some arid climates at home.
