I believe the story originated from the FB posts she made about it.
Ok. I’m not spelunking into the Facebook abyss to look for it. Why Ivanka wants to use a public gym when she probably can use one on any Trump property for free makes little sense. Even third tier celebs can’t scratch their butt in public without the paparazzi finding out. She was bound to be recognized sooner or later.

Actually, I think that started on The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore. The show was inexplicably cancelled by Comedy Central, (citing low ratings) just three months shy of the election that could have boosted the show. Go figure.

I do remember them saying it was scuttled. What I don’t remember them saying was that they went in looking to kill any innocent people. They went in for intel and they did get it but it came at a high price. I have not read anywhere that they were celebrating these deaths. The hard questions need to be asked as far as I’m concerned. It makes good sense.
I don’t think anyone wanted civilian deaths either. It’s still being shrugged off as “collateral damage”.

BSG was a big part of my childhood as well. (I had nearly all the Mattel toys, including the ones recalled later for firing tiny plastic missles.) I was really impressed by his efforts to revive the show. With what a reinvigorated Star Wars franchise rakes in, I’d bet Universal wishes they had gone with his concept now.
