There is a pressed CD I’ve seen for sale at horror conventions that appears to have all the tracks. Safe bet it’s a bootleg though.

Might it be possible to isolate the score using the 5.1 Blu Ray PCM track? I hope Criterion does The Shining now that they’ve revisited Dr. Stangelove and just did Barry Lyndon. A music only track would be a natural for them.

He’s not endearing to everyone. You don’t see Mr. Binks walking around Disney parks as other prequel characters do. Even Watto got a shop in the Orlando park named after him.

I don’t think George deliberately set out to make Jar Jar offensive. The problem lies in the culture that existed at Lucasfilm where anyone who could say Gee George, I dunno. Maybe that’s not such a good idea? was long gone and Lucas surrounds himself with yes men.

To be honest I’ve never liked the running F bomb joke. Yeah, I know it’s usually not meant seriously by the dropper or taken seriously by the recipient. I still look at a post more than once trying to figure that out though.

Sad to hear. I still remember his interview in the original making of ESB paperback. I really wanted one of those Nostromo crew caps when I was younger. I might get one yet.

There are more obscure Hamill movies we need to dig up for the ROT than I thought.
