I've watched the xvid of this and was stunned. I kinda missed Tarkin at the end, but that was outweighed by me watching the Death Star doing its thing over and over and over again. I thought that was a brilliant idea. Kind of like someone diffusing a bomb with 1 second to go. :)

I'm going to read through this thread now, partly to catch up and partly to try and find where I can download the current DVD-5. (where is it?! I figured info would be added to the first post. Haha. :p)

I finished getting CE4K tonight. Haven't watched it yet, but just put it in to see what the menus and such looked like, and to read ADM's notes.

Are you a fan of Steve Vai, ADM, or did you just think the song ("Little Green Men", for those who don't know) was appropriate? Either way, I was happy to hear it.

Thanks for the info on CE4K. I've started downloading it. I wish I could st up some kinda robotic-type auto download dealy so I could keep getting it every 100 minutes or so while I'm sleeping. Haha.

Didn't nauseate me, but I did get this "ENOUGH, ALREADY!" feeling by the end of the last battle. I can only take so much mindless action (especially the over-the-top variety) before I'm just plain bored. Fortunately, it ended. I liked the movie, but when I hear my brother say 'that was the best movie ever,' I just kinda roll my eyes. It's nothing more than a flavor of the week thing to me. I did like it far more than I thought I would, though! I don't know how I'd edit it, other than shortening some sequences, I guess.

That would be great! I really love that movie and would love to see/hear a DVD looking/sounding better than the only one that's out there now.

Yeah, most of the time, it's fine, but once in a while it'll behave strangely. I must say it has performed very, very well, though. I bought it refurbished and that was at least 5 years ago. I'd like to get a PS3 soon.

I actually watched the ADM version of Brian yesterday and enjoyed it. It pausing for no good reason at regular intervals, but I guess I just had a bad burn or my PS2 was acting up or something.

There's one I'm kicking myself for not having gotten way sooner (especially now that Demonoid is dead). It was a disc someone made that had the episodes of "Driven" and "Behind the Music" featuring Al.

Yep, that's what I got from RB and I love it all!

It's funny, I now have 2 trades going involving Al, and now I've told the other guy he might wanna hold off for a bit until I get these newer ones.

That was me, but there are several things you listed that I didn't get. (maybe you didn't have them at the time) I didn't get any Al Musics from you and only 1 or 2 Al TVs. The problem with all this is that they'll never be re-aired, so it's pretty much a take what we can get thing. So that's why the best quality available for a lot of it is old VHS tapes and all the problems that come with such old tapes.

Be sure to check out that Youtube link I added not long ago. Some of the best interviews ever! (especially Paul McCartney and Keith Richards)

Yeah, most of the Al TV specials are floating around out there, but it's the Al Music specials that are hard to come by.

He has almost all of the "interviews" and behind the scenes stuff from Al Music 3. So great!
