Looks nice! Oh, and an easy way to have thumbnails is to put your stuff at Photobucket and they give you links for thumbnails.

I got the cassette versions of the OT soundtrack many years ago (didn't have a CD player yet) and man were they expensive! :p They all had to be ordered as imports. If you'd like to see what they look like, I could take some pics for you.

I haven't looked at my TPM VHS in a long time. I bet I'd find it horrible looking now, as I did the ol' Faces VHS. I put in ESB and it looked like there was an artificial layer of grain that stayed static on the screen all the time, like you had to look through a thin curtain to watch the movie. Very weird.

Good.  I was worried about people loosing incentive to download the final version after having taken the time to download the beta which may/may not end up having that many differences.  Not that I'm that cynical, I just know that many other people on the nets are.

I feel/felt the same way. But we can look it this like JasonN's recent PT edits; .avis at first, whiz bang DVD-9 in the future. ;)

He's gonna send me a "beta version", as you called it, which I'm gonna help distribute digitally. (How and where can be discussed later.) I'm gonna have to read up on creating torrents again, since I've only ever done two and the last one was a couple of years ago. There's a guide at the Demon that I used before and it was easy.

I think the flap idea came up a long, long time ago, but I can't remember what was said about it. I just did a search for 'flap' here, but didn't see it. Content-wise, how different will the AVCHD be from the theatrical version? Is there a list of changes somewhere?

What is the rationale of the long hair? He had shaggy hair when young, then became bald and stayed that way until he became a 'ghost.' So is The Force determining what the length of his hair would be when he's dead, or did Anakin choose his hairstyle when he entered the afterlife? ("I'd like it straight and parted to the side, please.") ;) The mock-ups are fun, but I don't see any problem in leaving Shaw exactly as he is in that scene.

We don't want him looking like James May, do we? (but if someone wants to try, go for it!)

Yessir. I can't help but think about how good Yavin looked in ANH:R around the X-Wing pilots. As far as Revisited is concerned, I know it will be done right. Other edits, who knows? ;)
