^^Good stuff, DE! :D

Yeah, an extra would be nice, at least. He said it just didn't feel right when he was doing it, but man, that was so cool! Sure, they (the TIE pilots) have their hands full already, but they're supposed to be the best, so I could see them getting off a few shots when they had a second.

I'm gonna go rent TPM tonight.
I wouldn't. It's not that great.
;)
Just a random thought, but reading about some of these changes reminds me of how with ANH:R, someone (sorry, can't remember who without a big search) was able to play the movie to a room full of professional editors and such and he gave us their overall impressions, including pros and cons. It would be cool if the same thing could be done again with ESB:R. :)
Those last few posts made me quite literally "lol", as the kids say. Thanks. :)

I see bright star destroyer. Will you replace it with the shadow concept one?
That's one of my favorite mock-ups you've done. If not Ady, it would be neat if someoe could use it.
Ok, I just watched and they did play the same Making Of special two times in a row. Oh well. I enjoyed it. (once)
I didn't know that the CG TPM Yoda was premiering during the U.S. leg of the concert. Pretty neat-o. Also, though the concert is sold out at the Air Canada Centre, if I pledge $120 to PBS Buffalo, they'll send me one ticket. Haha.
I haven't watched yet, so I don't know if it was the same one aired twice in a row, but after I do, I'll let you know how they played it.
Nice to find another Emo fan out in the wild blue internet! :) I've been a fan since I saw him in UHF. That's one movie I did get to see in the theater. Haha. I've actually been talking to him through MySpace a bit lately. I showed him a goofy piece of fan art I made:
He was amused, thankfully. ;)
This thread reminds me of part of an Emo Philips sketch:
Angry man: Take advantage of my little sister, will you?!
Emo: Sure, where is she?
Who is this Abywan you speak of? ;)
I didn't realize different areas had different interviews. That's pretty cool, though like you say, people won't see all of them. :p Any idea how many there are total? I bet when it's all done, they'll make some sort of box set, but they always charge HUGE prices for stuff at PBS.
It was actually on one of the PBSs a couple of weeks ago, then last night, both an hour long. (actually, it went around an hour and three minutes, and I almost didn't catch that)
Ari Meyers from "Kate and Allie"
Valerie Bertinelli from "One Day at a Time"
Tatyana Ali and Karyn Parsons from "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" (a little later, but still)
Nicole Eggert from "Charles in Charge"
Josie Davis from "Charles in Charge" (ok, not so much then, but man, she is stunning now!)
Phoebe Cates from "Gremlins", "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", etc...
Danielle Fishel from "Boy Meets World"
Alyssa Milano from "Who's the Boss?", etc...
Staci Keanan and Christine Lakin from "Step By Step"
Michelle Thomas (who died when only 30...) from "Family Matters", "The Cosby Show", etc... Way too much woman for Steve Urkel!
Yasmine Bleeth from "Baywatch" looks a lot like a girl I know and had a big crush on for years.
And I didn't even include "Saved by the Bell" or "Student Bodies", where is was like 'who do I have a crush on this week?' :p
I just worry about it looking/feeling clichéd, though, like red eyes on an evil person, y'know?
This is on again tonight on PBS* from 9:30-10:30 PM EST. :)
Someone should DVDify it!
*(WNED in Buffalo, NY, and possibly on other versions)
Just some random favorites:
Freddie Mercury
Chris Cornell
Ian Thornley
John Forgerty
Ian Gillan
Layne Staley
Myles Kennedy
A few more:
Yvette Mimieux, a favorite from "The Time Machine"
Susan Oliver, best known 'round these parts from the Star Trek pilot "The Cage." I just stare at her amazing "bedroom" eyes every time I see her on TV.
The insanely cute Holly Hallstrom from "The Price is Right"
I got my Tick set. Good stuff! Just a shame I have to hear the PAL audio. :p
Meco was number 1 on the charts somewhere (I forget.......UK?) when I was born. :p

Yeah... I really want one... but I think $50 is the most I could swing for this. And that's pushing it.
Agreed, unfortunately. :p
Just got news that we can pre-order them. Limit 2 per customer.

It's $99.00, but on the plus side, it's huge!

A little late there, Ripplin...
It's for next year. Haha.
At my desk in Ontariario, Canadica.
In addition to a thread just dedicated to random lovely ladies, why not one focused on our first/early celebrity crushes?
Here are some of mine, mostly based on early TV watching habits:
Erin Gray. Watched her on "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" and "Silver Spoons".
Marilu Henner from "Taxi".
Carolyn Jones from "The Addams Family"
Stacey Arnold from the old TV Ontario kids show "Read All About It"
Lee Meriwether from "Time Tunnel" and not often enough as Catwoman. ;) She has aged incredibly well, too!
Julie Newmar, who has not aged well...
Barbara Eden from "I Dream of Jeannie"
Heather Thomas from "The Fall Guy"
Markie Post from "The Fall Guy" and "Night Court"
Connie Sellecca from "The Greatest American Hero"
Barbara Carrera from "Condorman"
Keep it clean, people!
