I was watching some jaw-dropping explosions on the series "Destroyed in Seconds" yesterday and it got me thinking about the power generator scene and how Adywan wants to replace that explosion. Any progress there, Ady?

I like that third one the most of the three. In fact, I think that's my favorite of all of them shown here so far. It has my vote! :)

Right-click on the image and select View Image. (or the equivalent in Explorer) It's the best workaround for now.

We actually got Vaderios to do that once. Lasted around...two posts? :p I kinda wish they were vertical too since the forum can't display pictures properly anymore and we have to 'right-click --> View' nearly every large/wide picture now.

At least it looked normal to me when it was loading. Heh.

One of my guys has a bear. It's really tough! There are a few ways to defeat it or make it ineffective, though, such as a net, which it can't get out of.

Love the new angle on the tunnel and the Cloud City shots! I don't see why it's too late to do the tunnel one, either. Vaderios can send a hi-res shot of the tunnel (which is static anyway), then the Falcon element just needs to be added after, innit? (possibly some interactive lighting on the wall?) Or am I simplifying that process too much? ;)

I understand the technology problem. I'm not afraid to learn, but a lot of times, I just lose interest. Any chance he could tell someone else exactly what he wanted to do with it and they could make it by proxy? ;)

Trust me. My POVs are not storywise but visualwise... that sucks for most of you here. :P

Yeah, but I was thinking something along the lines of taking ANH:R and just applying your mock-up ideas to it, and not changing the story. A visual edit of the edit.

I hope ID really hasn't quit. There's always hope. His Indiana Jones edits are excellent! Hope this doesn't affect the Crystal Skull edit. Haven't heard anything.

There's also the "who cares?" factor. ;) Some things can get a bit overboard, and there are plenty of things Adywan isn't bothering to change that others might. I'm still surprised there aren't any full post-ANH:R edits out there, using ANH:R as a base. (using the best ideas from the 'Can anything be done after ANH:R' thread, perhaps)

I'd like to see Vaderios make an edit, but he doesn't seem interested in such a thing. (plus, a lot of mock-ups would be nigh impossible to put in motion, right?)
