Preserving the...cringe...Star Wars Holiday Special (Released)
Time

Oh man, the best part of that is the guy subbing in for R2's beeps.

There's a downloading program I have on my comp at home that I don't remember the name of that's been able to deal with tricky stuff. I'll try it out when I get back on Sunday.

EDIT: A buddy of mine was able to find the actual URL of the video. It's not actually letting me just put it as a link in here, so here's a really long and stupid-looking paste. Best of luck to anyone who wants to give it a whirl.

Night Of The Living Dead Deleted Scenes
Time

I have seen just about every version of this film the original and color but i heard there was some deleted scenes put into the movie on the millennium edition disc does any one know wear i can get these deleted scenes?

Those aren't deleted scenes. Those are scenes that John Russo, without any authorization or consent of George Romero of any kind, shot specifically for that DVD release, and then edited back into the movie. It's a joke, and a mean one at that.

Army of Darkness - The Primitive Screwhead Edition (Released)
Time

There's a few scenes and alternate edits that are only present in the cable TV version. SciFi is usually the one that airs it, but I've also seen it on AMC. Anyway, I just doubt there's a chance of that edit being broadcast in HD because if someone at the network were to go and get an HD broadcast master of Army of Darkness, I'm sure it would be an amended theatrical edit and not feature much, if any, extra content.

Free (pay for shipping): The Phantom Menace widescreen VHS release
Time

I’m cleaning out my room and trying to get rid of some stuff, and I have concluded that I don’t really need the VHS release of TPM that I picked up a while back. It’s got some kind of behind-the-scenes documentary on the tape, and a 35mm film cell as well. I don’t really care about getting money for it, so if you want it, I’d just ask you to pay for shipping and whatnot. Anyone interested, please email me (address in signature). Otherwise, this’ll be going to the Goodwill.
