I have the Limited Edition set and the only extra stuff on it is some stuff in Jedi. None of the deleted scenes or alternate openings/closings or that very nice "making-of" special that were featured on an earlier pressing. Here's a rundown of what on the Collector's Limited Edition set that isn't the shows themselves:

I fully support this move. We've had at least one recent case ::coughAdamwankenobicough:: of someone getting up their post count by just posting random irrelevant things in all sorts of threads and sections of the forum. As long as I can still see my post count in my profile (I always just like to know for curiosity), this sounds great to me.

I've heard rumblings of a new Chasing Amy disc, too. It would be cool if that did come to pass, lord knows there the reasons to buy Kevin Smith's DVDs just never stop. Although, I never did buy the original issue of Clerks because by the time it came down enough in price for me to want it, they had mentioned a 10th anniversary edition a few times (this was around 1999 or so), so I decided to wait. Man, did that pay off.

It's everything that's on the DVD and a few other random things here and there. All of the music cues are different, a Foo Fighters song plays over the opening credits. I'd have to watch it again, but I think the most amusing thing in it to me was Jack finding out that they blew up his luggage.

I kinda did this, too. I titled it "Dogma: The Long-Ass Edition" and just threw all of the crappy-looking deleted scenes that were on the DVD back into the flick. I didn't pay attention to music cues or anything. It looks like crap, because the final 2hr 51min cut was compressed to a single-layer DVD and I also vertically stretched the deleted scenes to make the whole thing anamorphic. So yeah, it looks like crap, but I just did it for myself (hence why I didn't take more care with it, in terms of music cues, etc).
