There are occasionally audio torrents. Before there was an official CD that came with the 4th season DVD set, there was a Home Movies soundtrack on there. Recently, there was a torrent of Year 1 of Penn Radio, Penn Jillette's radio show/podcast.

Unfortunately, I don't have the laserdisc. At the very least, I have a DVD of just Mant that I think is LD -> VHS -> DVD. But someone should really track down the LD.

I'd be interested in those commentaries too, if anyone has 'em.

I do have the HR rips of the series thusfar. They're Xvid files, I don't know if you were thinking of those or .ts files. I think that the Xvids have the 5.1 audio streams, but I'm not positive since I don't have a 5.1 setup. If you're looking for the Xvids, I'll be happy to help you out.

One of the best Joel ones, I think, is Pod People. Manos is, of course, classic.

Of the Mike ones, I have to say Hobgoblins or Space Mutiny.

I've always thought that the two hosts were way too different in their styles to be compared fairly. They each have a different relationship and a different wit. Joel created the bots, he's their dad. They look up to him and respect him, and he's got a very droll wit. The bots constantly pick on Mike and don't really respect him, so it opens up a whole new aspect to the dynamic. He's also more sarcastic in his wit. It just depends on your tastes.

I get that error from time to time in Nero, and I just proceed anyway. Never had an unplayable disc by doing that.
