LOL, and you think this was disturbing? Then think what happens on a medium-to-large size ship when you are doing the obvious stuff in the bathroom and the ship is hit, so that the artificial gravity generators fail...

Starkiller wrote that the game is open-ended: this is true, in the last week (during my short life in the game) few new features were added, like new ships, ability to transport vehicles on ships and couple more are WIP.

Fortunately for me, the horror ended last week. They were doing mainteance stuff to the power network here and my street was accidentally shut down along with the repaired sector... more than once in few days, LOL. Well, it wasn't funny for me when I was in the middle of downloading a file... I borrowed my Dad's UPS, but it couldn't support my new power-hungry PC... phew, all is fixed now, but it costed me some nerves...

OK, being a complete yellowbelly sucks, so what did I do as a helpless soul? Joined the military!

Old sentiments die hard - I'm wearing Imperial Navy uniform again.

The factions in the game usually have their own websites, IRC channels and forums to coordinate actions between members (which is especially crucial in military factions such as the Galactic Empire). Empire appeared to be a very organized group, with the rank/award system, training facilities and comms protocol. Fail to salute some officer on IRC chat and you get demoted! This integration only helps you in immersing yourself in the game.

Right now I'm undergoing a basic training. Wish me luck - if I succeed, I may go up 2 ranks
