Speaking of the original vinyls, I have the original release vinyls for the whole trilog in excellent condition. Covers in good shape, records have no skips and barely even pop or hiss. They sound better than any CD release. If somebody wants to pay shipping they can have them for free. They deserve to have a better home than mine. I don’t really care for soundtrack like I once did.

Octorox did something similar and it’s magnificent and I believe has the blessings of all edits he’s pulled from, as well as some original changes but nothing is too drastically changed. Can’t wait for him to do Ep III.

Yes but in a very light easy small way. If you don’t care about the prequels then I still don’t think the absence of those couple lines will significantly impact the film.

Had an idea to remove the awful ‘thermal detonator’ sequence. What if i just cut the entire ‘leia brings chewie in’ scene and assume leia and chewie had already been there for a while waiting for 3po and r2 to show up? Their plan was never properly explained properly anyway we just see it unfold so it’s not like it will contradict anything or make it any more confusing. Might even increase the mystery for anybody who watches my edit never having seen the movie. It might make it slightly confusing but losing the cheese of the detonator scene will help the tone so much I think it’s worth it.

You could probably buy a used ps2 for cheaper than this game.

And there is no justifiable reason for it not having 7 And 8. If they could fit them on a ps2 or GameCube disc they can Damn well fit them on a ps4 disc. The ps2 anniversary disc is superior to this New ps4 legacy disc in every conceivable way.

I’m usually against putting ANYTHING from the PT into the OT, but this really works without you having to have even seen the PT. You’ll know who the lady is via the current conversation.
I think Mark and Carrie look down enough times in the scene to make the locket inserts work.

In the long form of this quote I also suggest this.

Something I’m considering doing in my edit (if I ever get to it) is removing the line from Leah about remembering anything altogether.

“Do you remember your mother? Your real mother?”
“Why are you asking me this?”
“I have no memory of My mother… I never knew her.”

It also makes Luke seem more distant and distraught.

And with the slowness of the scene there is plenty of space and time for it to still seem natural. My only concern is having the word ‘mother’ said three times so close together might come off a bit odd… But would that be noticeable If I wasn’t looking for it?
