I like his expression more but I feel the framing is off with him being on the left.

The new edition of Luke lowering his hand with the other ghosts IS GREAT. It does stand out a little too much though, is the transparency on his arm the same as his body? Feels a bit too white.

I’ve just had someone point out that the new battlefront II footage Lilian created on Mustafar has blue laser from resistance guns and not yellow from mustafarians.

Is anyone skilful enough to do a colour change on this?

Yeah, I don’t see why Leia had to get involved in that scene at that point. Seeing a little weird that she dies just by saying “Ben”. Taking out any mention of Leia in the Han and Ben talk also mimics the TFA scene much better.

Very good point. Anakin had a vision of Padme dying which made him turn to the Dark Side, and the vision still came true.

Very good points but I feel that Leia training Rey actually contributes to Ben’s death. It doesn’t make sense to me plus Rey saying she’s a Skywalker doesn’t make sense. By the end of TROS she has stolen the Falcon, Stolen BB8, and taken the Skywalker name. All that left me with a bad taste.

I’m moving some of Leias early scenes later in the movie and removing her death scene during Rey and kylos duel to give Han Solo full redemption by being the one who kills Kylo. I’ve also made a few extra scenes with Leia, one being the early seen about the falcon not coming back where I’ve changed it about Rey not coming back and syncing it with ahch-to. Does that make sense? It’s extremely complicated but it works, imo.

Ben dying makes Leia’s storyline even worse in TRoS. Cut his death.

I felt exactly the same, hence why that is now part of my main storyline. I felt a lot of people forgot about Leias vision.

Kylo still finds it first but the cat and mouse chase has more meaning this way.

I’m removing all of Palpatine changing his mind every 5 mins and the whole Palpatine granddaughter plot line.

Yeah, I did try that with my new start but it dragged the scene out too much. I now cut from TIEs to Rens flashback and Helmet scene at the start. The transitions work really well there too so the castle scene just doesn’t seem to fit anywhere that needs an extra shot.

I thought of that but Ren seems to pick and choose when he wears it in TROS so I’m just gonna leave it I think. I’ve gotta wait to get to another rendering point so I can see if its an issue.

I’m still trying to figure out a way of making the KoR actually do something. You’re right! They really need to be in that scene somewhere, I don’t have the skill to do that atm but that would add a lot to this scene also.

Isn’t it raining in that TFA? I wouldn’t if that can with with a day colour edit…

I’ve just uploaded a breakdown of my Mustafar scene and I’ve tried to give everyone a shout out as I think so many people did a fantastic job brainstorming and working on these extra scenes. I hope I got everyone’s names linked to the right clips.

I was already happy with the scene from the original movie but you guys really added another level to it so I had to include some. Still upset I couldn’t fit Vaders castle somewhere but I will keep trying.
