Is there a consensus about whether to move the first Falcon sequence to between “I’ll earn your brother’s saber” and “the Falcon’s back”?

That’s an idea, to make it like multiple TIEs, I feel like I’d need a shot of First to Final Order pilot to really sell it… but it’s a thought for sure!

To solve the problem of Ochi’s name, you could have Rey say his name while she puts her hand on the page with the wayfinder at the start of the film. That way, when she sees Ochi’s ship she instantly rememberes what Luke wrote in the Jedi texts. Or she can mention Ochi of Bestoon when she talks to Poe about following Luke’s trail in the forbidden desert of passana.

That’s fair. I just already cut out 13 minutes from that movie, haha. Including her destroying Kylo’s TIE on Pasaana (since it’s a major continuity error).
FINALLY!!! I was told never to bring it up again, and I’ve had so many arguments online about that ship. You’re the only person whos agreed with me! I found several ways to play that scene out but I think I’ve picked the best one where it now looks like Kylo is coming from one side and the TIEs are coming from the other to pin them in. Rey loses control because of fear now, which gives Kylo the upper hand. 😃

If you wanted to be more conservative, you could just cut the scene with Lando, going from running from the Trooper Lando would have shot, to them stealing the speeders. There isn’t a lot of new information in that scene, other than explaining why Lando is there. Rey already knew Luke was tracking Ochi to Pasaana, how much more she knows from his journals is up to interpretation.
Yeah, I just found there were too many coincidences so removing Lando and Ochi at that point makes it feel a little more accidental and poignant when Rey sees ochis ship
Poe, being a prominent member of the Resistance and son of a Rebel pilot that served with General Calrissian would recognise and know who he is.
If that were the case do you think Finns response should be cut so Poe is th e first to speak after seeing Lando?
I’ve worked on this scene so much and I even found a way to remove Lando, ochi and the dagger up until Rey picks the dagger up in Kylos quarters. Then Landos intro can either be at the base or in the falcon cavalry. It does take a large chunk of the movie out though.
Why would the new characters know who he is? I trimmed out Rey’s snappy reply but I feel they needed the intro, maybe.
It’s spooky this scene has popped up again. I was working on it last night.

This is everyone’s friendly reminder not to ask for ETAs on fan projects, particularly Revisited - there’s a reason Ady no longer provides ETAs and people constantly asking when it will be finished got really really really old during ESB:R’s 8+ year production.

I can’t remember which movie the night scenes were from? I think I’ve mastered Palpatine’s fortnight message, adding the soundtrack “Arriving at Coruscant” and using idir_hh great scene with Kylo Ren looking over the city.

You can try this program online:
- Log into you Google account
- Go to https://colab.research.google.com/github/tugstugi/dl-colab-notebooks/blob/master/notebooks/RealTimeVoiceCloning.ipynb
- Click on Runtime -> Run All
- You’ll encounter an error in the “Record or Upload” cell, set “record_or_upload” to “Upload (.mp3 or .wav)” and click on the play button to run it again
- Upload the voice sample you want to clone
- Change the text in the “Synthesize a text” cell and run it
Well, that’s a hell of a lot easier than code in the damn program haha! It’s got so much potential but it’s not great. Is there a way to save the file to edit it in audition? Many thanks for showing me the easier option.

Ady, I just wanna say thank you for these edits as they were the one thing that pulled me back into the franchise after TLJ. Your talent was also one of the reasons I started doing fan editing myself.
Hopefully, to improve breakneck pacing of some of the scenes. I doubt most of them will work in the context of the whole movie, but I thought it was worth making these available to other fan editors in case they do.
I think the main issue is jumping from place to place so quickly rather than the length of a clip. I like the work you’ve done though.

I like his expression more but I feel the framing is off with him being on the left.
The new edition of Luke lowering his hand with the other ghosts IS GREAT. It does stand out a little too much though, is the transparency on his arm the same as his body? Feels a bit too white.
