It wouldn't matter anyway.
Pretty sure the 1995 home video release predates any brushing of the SFX cloud.
Would they have anything better than andyscot's MPGs there?
Those were the ones that showed up on I think it was DBUK...
THREAD NECROMANCY !!!!!
I presently have a WMV of one episode, MPG of the other 63, from Toonami UK, plus AVIs of 17 episodes (a little over 1/4 of the series) from YTV. (YTV is better; they edit less.)
As part of a larger project which includes color-tuning the R2s and synchronizing the pre-Dragon Box audio from other sources (the R1s are based on the Dragon Box masters, it seems, but the Canadian dub is not) I will be, eventually, doing DoRs of DBGT - this time, it's going to happen.
I only wish I had better source for this dub...but I'll take what I can get. At least I have it.
SE was 1997.
USA did air the three movies together in a marathon run, I'm pretty sure they did so on Christmas of either 1993 or 1994 (based on where I was living at the time). It was my first exposure to any of them.
Most likely, it'll be 256 kbps ac3, which given that most of these channels run 192 kbps ac3, is probably the best you can ask for from the material.
I would've recommended MPCHC or MPV.
Don't worry, my group subbing DBK doesn't actually sub it Krillin :P
Castilian anime dubs aren't bad (especially newer ones). And I've heard some pretty good Japanese film dubs. (Hearing Krillin's voice come out of John Connor... priceless.)
In en_US at least 's is the proper ending, even if it ends in S. However, in casual use most people use just ', even for singular, if it ends in S (and I extend to S, Z and X).
The OTV in Japan didn't have the Mewtwo and Amber/Ai sequence, but the R2 has it (complete with dub) and the BD has it (without dub).
Said R2 has 5.1 and 2.0 in both languages.
The CLV LD is 1.85, wouldn't the VHS also be 1.85?
If it's a translucent logo there's the option of using EraseLogo, if you can figure out aviutl...

I came up with something like that while working on a translation, and needing to distract myself with anything but the job at hand:
Tomorrow, I want you to take that trilogy to Harmy and have its alterations erased. That'll be the end of it. It belongs to us now.
XD!
I like a little grain, a little texture, but if something's blanketed with it then it's a bit much.
I thought Mondo and 01 were different companies... 01's Winx DVDs are far less competent than Mondo's
Yeah, drf showed me a screenshot from what is currently on iTunes. It's cleaned to hell and censored. :(

Just wanted to add, that there is an itunes 720p version of Saludos Amigos that is UNCUT too, and I guess it would be better than the version on the Walt and El Grupo DVD.
A friend checked when I told him.
The US iTunes has only the censored version, at 41:57.
The Canadian iTunes has 2 versions, one running 41:57 and another running 42:06. He wasn't able to check yet whether the 42:06 version was what we want. Looks like the difference is English vs. French.
UK, Ireland and NZ appear to only have the censored version as well.
My friend is wondering which iTunes store you saw an uncensored Saludos on, since he isn't finding it. :/
I wish it did. I tried making a 2-track version a few years ago and my head exploded.
Sure - I have the VHS but my VCR is screwed up or something.
I've taken to using FFVHUFF as my intermediate format.
That's funny, my friend in Brazil says pretty much everything's pan-and-scan there. o.o;
Blame Led Zep.
I tend to wonder if it might be better for everyone's sanity if Adywan worked on RotJ:R without ever posting a single update. :P
