Will the finished product have the Team Negative1 intro piece with the reels and the title of the movie like the ESB Grindhouse did? I don't know if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find an answer in either thread.
I don't suppose that's available for download anywhere, is it?
I only ask because I recently printed off the ESF blu-ray covers, and I've cut them all out, and none of them fit into the blu-ray cases I have. They're both too long by a millimeter or two, and too wide by a similar margin. Any quick help would be greatly appreciated.
How do you find stuff like that? Star Wars disco seems to be a niche genre.
The important thing is that we're nicely on topic. Anyone watch the extras exclusive to this release? Are they any good?
Now, maybe it's just because I'm stupid but I don't understand what that means. Not that that's important. I guess I'll find out if (or when, hopefully) it ever gets a sanctioned release.
I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times, but because I'm lazy and not very knowledgeable about the more technical stuff that gets discussed here - What soundtrack do you use? The 70mm mix, or the ordinary stereo/mono mixes?

Question: What's thickness of the blu-ray cases are these designed for? I know that there are cases of maybe three different thicknesses in my collection, and while it's only a few millimeters, it still would affect the art if I got it on the wrong size.
The link doesn't work for me either, but if the posts after yours are any indication, then I'm guessing someone is trying to show Despecialized and have people pay to see it, which is a legal shitstorm waiting to happen.
I don't suppose there's any way to know how ROTJ is coming on, but I have a very active interest in this, as I'm sure most of us do. I just wish there were more updates on progress (unless there are frequent updates I just don't see)
I too would like to get onboard the ESF cover train. If anyone has anything like the covers he had in mind, please share.
Results are inconclusive. Seems to be 900 minutes of blackness and a little "play" symbol in the corner of the screen, using both a ps3 and a ps4. VLC just gives an error.
So I used imgburn to put ROTJ on a Blu Ray disc, and not only will it not play in any program or platform I've tried, it also appears to say it's ~900 minutes long. What did I do wrong?
I trust that the wait will be worth it. The 2.0 stuff we've seen so far is looking pretty stellar.
If I didn't know any better I'd say Frink maaaaad.
To stay on topic I see no issue with any cyans in Ady's attempt. I mean it'd be preferable if the color was perfect, but I'd at least have this over the Blu-Ray colors.

Is the same thing applicable for Empire? Would there be a version number on top of that one's credits, too?
Both the versions I have (the ones with the decidedly small file size) have the v2.5 in them. They could have better quality, though, since these don't seem to be the OG Harmy releases, so I've been getting the 80-something part series of .rars on tehparadox for a few hours now. Hopefully that will give me the best quality I can get with this

What do you mean? It's not the 2011 blu-ray. It has all the original theatrical special effects and no CGI that I can notice. It's a theatrical reconstruction of some kind. The only issue is that it's not Harmy's own v2.5 edition, it seems.

It's an avi file and has the 70mm six-track audio as the only available track. I don't know if this is the right one still but I think I'm fairly content with this one if it isn't. It looks really good to me.
I just got one from Kickass that seemed pretty official. ANH itself has a size of 3.73GB. Does that seem more appropriate. It should also be noted that the torrent I used included ESB and ROTJ, but I already own ESB Despecialized and am waiting on the superior version of ROTJ

The original size was around 4.4gb, and it is now 2.6gb. The remuxing process took only a few seconds or so, and I removed 8 of the 9 tracks in that process. The 5.1 is AC3. Everything seems to be running smoothly, but I haven't sat down and watched the entire remuxed movie to notice any issues with syncing and such.

The first audio track muxed into the stream plays by default, unless overridden by player settings or the disc menu system. If someone changed the default track to Italian, you'd need to remux it with an English track as audio track #1 for that to be the default audio.
So I just remuxed it and removed most of the extra tracks and subtitles (the only audio track I truly want is the 70mm six-channel). When I did this, the remuxed file was around half the size of the original. Is this normal?
