Does this board already have a ridiculous TFN threads thread?

I have to agree, those quotes are not the usual insane ramblings to be found most other places around TFN. Those quotes do, however, illustrate how desperate TFN'ers are to cling to a trio of movies that are essentially fan fic authored by a person that doesn't really seem to understand why the OT worked.
The tragedy of Anakin Skywalker is that an evil pupil of Obi Wan Kenobi's name Darth Vader did not actually kill him.

RLM's reviews came at a time when when I hated the prequels too much to actually make myself watch them again to gain a deep understanding of exactly why. Star Wars was ruined. It was becoming a distant memory from which I was moving on.
RLM wasn't jumping on the prequel hate bandwagon. What RLM did was renew real Star Wars fans love for Star Wars. RLM created a way to _actually_ enjoy the prequels.

Sometimes to get to sleep I put on RLM's prequel reviews. So cathartic. Or recently, What If the Prequels Were Good (that actually is quite good and worth considering for PT rewriters). If there was a willing artist, an animated or even still-image alternative prequel with good voice work would be awesome.
I do this! ...and what if the prequels were good is an amazing video.
This is like a dream! I wish I would have stopped after 1. I kept going back hoping they would get better. Damn you George Lucas.
I haven't been this excited for a comic book since 1984.
...being a Star Wars fan is the act of waiting for technology to finally get to the point where the PT can be unwatched.
And I thought I was all set having the collectors edition letterbox '92 release scanned to dvd. What a rabbit hole defining what the OOT is!
It would take a couple of hours per 10 minutes of film, but the vocals could be cleanly chopped from the soundtrack, moved around in the spectrum until the music is as minimized as possible, and then judiciously manually re-pitched to match syllable by syllable. Same with the sound effects. It would be an incredible amount of work, but I do this kind of thing regularly to remix songs. I don't mean to sound like a know it all, (especially on what is probably my first or second post here ever,) but I just don't know of a shortcut that would ever sound as good as the elbow grease needed to fully isolate these things from one another.
At first I was just so thrilled to be seeing Star Wars again in the theater, I didn't care. Then as I watched it over and over it really started to bug me. The pacing of the original scene was just so cool. That medium shot of Han punctuating his words with the blaster shot was classic film.
